Books vs Instagram. In this video, I'm arguing that photography books are a better source of inspiration than Instagram. So I'm going to give you 5 Reasons why Photographers should Turn Off their Phones and turn on to Literature.
Instagram is great for sharing pictures of your food, your friends, your cat, and whatever else is currently occupying your mind. But is Instagram really the best source of photography inspiration? I think not.
Instead, I believe that photography books are a much better source of photography inspiration. In fact, I would even go so far as to say that photography books are the best source of photography inspiration out there.
Why?
Because photography books are designed to inspire photographers. They're full of beautiful photographs that will help you learn how and why to take photos like the professionals. So if you're looking for photography inspiration, do your grey matter a favour, put down your phone and pick up a great photography book.
