Kristin Hannah is one of my fave authors. She's the best at historical fiction-her writing always takes me back in time, and her stories wrap around my heart. I cry reading all of her books! Lol. I can't wait to jump into her latest.

Are you a Christian believer? There are many wonderful books out there in this category, one author is Francine Rivers, but there are many others as well, we all need to be ready for the Lord’s coming, shake off this world, and prepare our hearts for HIS glorious appearing… Many blessings ❤

I read Pretty Girls and loved how she wrote so searched her books and came across her Will Trent series. OMG , so far there’s 11 books and every one is full of surprises that she is known for. The best !

I'm currently reading the Throne of Glass series. I'm on book 3 now. Loved ACOTAR so much. Also read Fourth Wing and Iron Flame this year. Loved them as well!

Love Sara J Maas. I haven’t read crescent city yet but have the other two. Acotar isn’t finished but house of glass is a complete series now. Crescent city isn’t finished yet either and a new one just released. I’ll start those soon. Waiting for my reading buddy to have time. Lol

OMG so much great info I need to take notes! I can't do Audiobooks because I will fall asleep but the reading will go on. I read on my Kindle app and it remembers how far I've read. And sometimes I get lost and I can search names and refresh my memory.

I listened to the Fury audio book. You nailed it. The narrator was so annoying. I didn't care about him or any of the characters. The plot twists were ridiculous, imho. You were generous with your 3 stars : ) Also just finished The Women , great book. The first half was amazing , eye opening, blew me away. The 2nd half (no spoilers) didn't feel as authentic to me. It was almost like 2 different books. Maybe if she hadn't been written as a rich girl her experiences coming back could have been more authentic. Have you ever read The Invisible Life of Addie LaRue by V. E. Schwab? from your reviews here, I think you'd love it. Its the best book I've read this year.

Read most of the Sarah Maas books awhile back so this new Crescent City one is my current obsession. Nice when you can turn your child and her friends on to your current obsessions book-wise. Sort of love Bryce in House of Flame and Shadow....she is a bad ass but I get why Bryce might turn some people off, she can be a lot. So many bombs.

Loved Pretty Girls! I have now read her Grant County series and the Will Trent series. Love them all! Well worth the read or in my case the listen. The narrator for these books is Kathleen Early she is one of my favorite narrators. Of course I’m watching Will Trent on Hulu. Happy reading

I'm currently reading the 3rd book of the Crescent City series. I feel the same way as you about Bryce. I don't like her and it made it harder to read the books 1 and 2. I found them really too long. Too much details I didn't care about. But, since I started with the ACOTAR series, I guess I'm hooked too and I wanted to read them. I'm currently reading the 3rd book (I'm about 1/4 in) and so far I like it. I can't wait for the day to end and continue reading 😁 Thanks for your reviews, I really like them!

I love these videos and am so happy you got me back to reading. I am taking notes for future readings but I finished “A Court of Thorn and Roses” and really loved that book. I just bought “A Court of Mist and Fury” but the size of that book has me hesitating to start. I do not know why, but I will alway choose a thinner book. Off subject, I just left the PHD Health Community because I really had problems with Carnivore, but is it also for Keto or low carb? I love you and your family and feel like I belong to that community. Thanks Neisha. ❤

I tore through ACOTAR and Throne of Glass, but have been struggling through the Crescent City books. I finished the first book, and I'm about 20% through the second book. I'm just not loving this series. Like you, I don't really like I'm going to push and get them all read, especially after hearing how you liked the third book.

I like Dakota Cassidy‘s series. And Danica dark makes some good books audiobooks and they have really good narrators on the Audible my favorite series if you like shifting wolves, vampires and love story you love Danica dart books, so good seven series, so good Danica dark. @RosieT752 Trust me, it will. The cleverness of Andrew Peterson is outstanding. He manages to build a story full of humor and sadness, danger and cozy places. I am in Book Three, but I am in love with the series.

They are books for teenagers but, I really liked the Tamora Pierce fantasy books. Funny enough, I gave them to my cousin's teen and she didn't like them. An oldie but a goodie, I would recommend Marion Zimmer Bradley's works also... Dark over Series.

If you enjoy dragons riders, Michael Miller's Songs of Chaos is excellent. If you enjoy dark fantasy, Eleventh Cycle by Kian N. Ardalan is really insanely good.

I hadnt read in a long time…I watched a video where you were starting ACOTAR series…Dad Gum it! I am on the third book and cant get one thing done in the house because I cant put them down! I have The Woman on my tbr. I’m currently reading The Warm Hands of Ghosts which sounds like it has a similar feel (nurse in war). I rarely dnf but I just couldn’t get into The Fury
