Movie production companies don't have unlimited funds to be dishing out 15 grand per night for a room....If they're spending that on accomodations how much do they budget for actual production? The average nightly rate for a 5 star midtown Manhattan hotel is $1,200... And that's where some of the most expensive real estate in the country is... Some go for higher but that's the average. Anyone crazy enough to actually spend this much has to be some 3rd world leader who embezzles his country's funds... I call cap on this one..

You must not know much about real estate. Renting a celebrities house start at 10k a night your average mansion on Air B n B ranges from 2k - 4k a night and those aren't even half the size of Boosie Estates..number sounds reasonable .He said movie company do they will probably be filming a few scenes.
