Boost Bottle and Expansion Chamber Parts Review for a 2-Stroke Engine Kit 

Boost bottle works by storing a vacuum during intake pulse, that vacuum in the bottle continues to draw air through the carburetor between engine intake pulses, so it acts like a capacitor to average or smooth the flow of air through the carburetor to improve low speed carburation. Twin 2 strokes simply use a balance tube between intakes for the same purpose. High engine speeds it does about nothing. You could have made it from lighter plastic too, far cheaper.

You said 100% efficient in the consumption of fuel. No engine could be 100% efficient due to friction.

I throw away the plastic air filter cover and replaced it with a air ram style cover then chopped the exhaust up and fixed ;) ;) it good ! This added 20km to my MAX SPEED :D

Any 2-stroke engine that doesn't come with an expansion chamber is not complete. Without them the engine won't run right. Bullshit that you're selling them separate.

I've never used a boost bottle, I have used an expansion chamber and even without I've never done less than a twenty seven miles per hour top speed. Maybe try using a reed valve instead.

I love boost bottles because they give me a smoother ride and about 15 more mpg. they take away about 3 mph away though

I was probably one of the only people to realize the chain alignment roller/chain tensioner on the silver bike was almost kissing the rim behind the guy in the last part of the vid before the cutaway of just the bike, than at the end it was magically back where it should've been 🤣 at 3:50, twas too close (right under the guys arm), at 4:02 it was in the right spot lmao

Boost bottles doesnt work on engines with reed valves right? Since reeds contain the compression under the piston and lets no air back up the intake. Expansion chamber is one of the most important pieces of a 2 stroke engine though.

Great I bought the expansion chamber and the boost bottle now my bike is so fast it tears spokes :( where can I get a rear wheel with a fixxed sprocket...

those audio glitches made me think my laptop was screwed. anyways. 7 to 8MPH eh? Boost bottle, Performance carb, expansion chamber and 36 tooth sprocket.. wonder what kind of speed I'd get with that. seeing as how a stock engine with a CNC head already does 35mph with a 44t sprocket.

Reeds keep fuel and air from going back into the carb, I would assume that these little engines have reeds

Boost bottle only boosts bikeberry profit. Reed valve is the way to go. Best performance upgrades are to take the cyl off and clean up the restrictive ports.

If you have an after market Carb and air filter doesn't the boost bottle just fit on to the little outlet on it?

This might only work on 2-stroke engines with a piston controlled inlet. These engines are notorious for low efficienty. This Boost Bottle will have no effect on 2-stroke engines wit eg a reed-valve intake or a slide intake.

I still don't see the logic in this. If there is an abundance of fuel after the first combustion cycle and you take the unused fuel and apply it to the next one without changing anything else between every 2 strokes(i.e. timing, spark, etc.) Then logically the second cycle would have the same amount of unused fuel as the first yet you've added the unused fuel from the first cycle as well, effectively just doubling the amount of unused fuel(and then just compounding the amount of unused fuel each time after). I see no point in that. I mean if it couldn't burn off all of the fuel the first go, how do you imagine the next cycle will somehow make it burn off all of the initial fuel when it couldn't on the previous combustion stroke, plus the left over from before that was reintroduced this time around? If that's the real purpose of either of these things then it just doesn't make sense.

There is a whole universe of scientifically proven material about this subject online and accessible to anyone. If you make an instructional video, then you owe it to your audience to at least have a basic understanding of the subject. Boost bottles need to be manufactured specifically for your engine to really work. Pretty sure you're advertising a useless aluminum bottle on a tube.
