hiya Ty. thanks for reaching out! first, i’m of the perspective that there is absolutely nothing to “FIX” about your posture. the arrangement of your pelvic-spinal pathway and the limbs that connect into it is uniquely YOURS. ☺️ if you feel comfortable sharing more about your goals or what you’re currently experiencing in your bodyHOME, please let me know! i love to geek out on all things body!! 💪
@@sayezzmoves Okay. I feel like my pelvis is tilted wrong and my neck is stiff. Maybe I spend too much time at the computer and that causes issues. Thanks :)
@@rtljaja ahhh… i see. yes, sitting for long periods of time can definitely leave your spine, and especially neck feeling stiff. this particular flow is actually really great to do before or after bouts at the computer, because it opens up the armpits, which are a channel for flow, and, of course your shoulders! - which are definitely connected into your neck. you could even modify this while you work: simply stand, and slide your hands on your desk or table (if possible)! let me know how it goes for you, Ty! 🙏
