Property taxes...we moved out of the state with the highest property taxes. We had no property just a 50' x 100' lot with a house, a 2 car detached garage and an asphalt driveway. We were paying over $30,000.00 per year almost 4 years ago. Not anymore. We moved and now are paying around 3 grand for the entire year. We save about $26,000. After paying property taxes and home owners insurance, per year which half we invest into our property and the other half into gold, silver, ammo and vehicle repairs. We do not have a mortgage. Praise Jesus!!!! Best thing we did was to move.
@marsmars9130 No, NJ has the highest property taxes in the nation. I have many relatives out in long Island and they are paying high taxes as well. A lot of them moved out too.
Everyone needs to stand together and just stop paying taxes!!! If we all stand together we the people will win!!! Our government is out of control!!! Good luck and Blessings to all...
Sales down! Hmmm. Maybe because people cannot and / or will not pay 10 to 12 dollars a 12 pack for soft drinks or 6 dollars for chips in a bag full of air or nearly 2 dollars for candy bars. Craziness!
@@katie7748that would be us. I contacted coke when they did “Coke Classic” asked them did the original have High Fructose Corn syrup? Never received an answer
The time of the Gentiles is coming to an end. People used to believe I was crazy when I would tell them this. There is much to this, but basically the American people for the most part have rejected the Gospel of Jesus Christ and many of them are in a state of rebellion right now. The vast majority of people do not keep the Commandments, nor do they diligently seek to find out what Commandments are required to keep during the last days. Satan has tremendous power over the hearts of many and it shows in their behavior, dispositions, and actions. And it even shows in their countenances.
I agree tired of the waiting but where most peoples are looking for the end I am looking for the new beginning lets just got this thing going already. Tired of the propaganda.
Well, who wants to die for another country? Who wants to get their son/daughter fie for another country? People are getting it now. Watch this video: Active duty Air Force members Become Conscientious Objectors Over Gaza w/ Greg Stoker
A man named Lysander Spooner started a mail service years ago that competed directly with the USPS. His service provided cheaper and more efficient delivery of mail and the government shut him down. Apparently it's not a monopoly if the government does it. Amtrak is a perfect example of this.
Hello Dave from England.just wanted to share this I’m ex army so will always have an interest in current world events My son is in the army, working on apaches He has just been put on 5 days notice to move
Junk foods, restaurants and fast food are all losing customers. And good or bad,at least liquor stores have a customer base that will buy alcohol before anything else. Until they start stealing or breaking in to get. ❤️👍🇺🇲 FJB, ET AL.
Dave I'll be honest I am terrified about losing my job I'm paying my bills I don't know what I would do if I lost my job because I have no savings and I have a lot of debt I pray everyday that God watches over me and doesn't let this happen to me
Downsize and embrace minimalism. Luxuries are treated as necessities. Our grandparents and before lived without what our soft modern society is addicted to.
We live pay check to paycheck and it’s hard to keep up. And my father just died the 7th of July this year and was getting only a little over 700 a month in ssi. I truly miss him. Thankful he taught me a lot of things.
@@RichardWalker-zw8mn I am so sorry to hear about your loss it is terrible that we go to work all day and bust our asses in this heat and we barely scrape by the government is killing us I will say a prayer for you
Go through your bills and see what you can eliminate. YT premium, Spotify, gym memberships, anything that is auto paid that is not an absolute necessity, cancel it. If you can save for a solar generator and portable solar panels, do it. Landscape solar stick lights work well when you have a group of them bright clear option with an on and off switch so you can turn them off when not in use. During the day, put them in a sunny location in a garden pot to charge up again. This will help with your electric bill. If you wash clothes and use a dryer, stop with the dryer and line dry or get a folding clothes rack and dry indoors. Keep up with your maintenance on your vehicle, you need that to get to jobs. Groceries can be delivered so you don't have to drive and use gas. Most are free deliveries. Don't order delivery meals. Don't eat out. Only buy what is on sale. I was a single parent and paid off a mortgage alone. I always paid extra principle. I didn't pay to have my nails done. I cut my own grass, no landscaper fees. Don't forget about going to the local food pantry. It's there to help those in need.
The Good News: The Lord Jesus Christ died, was buried and rose again on the third day and shed his blood for the forgiveness of all sins for all who believe! Get saved today if you aren't already! The Gospel: 1 Cor. 15: 1-4 KJV. Other verses: Romans 3: 23 and 25 KJV, Romans 10: 9-10 KJV, Ephesians 2: 8-10 KJV and Ephesians 4: 30-32 KJV. Have a blessed day everyone!
Business insurance as well. The guys i work for insurance just doubled their premuims for no reason. Theyre already struggling to keep the shop doors open
What about the strain to the grid by all the electric vehicles? They are blaming bitcoin miners in TX but never blame the electric demand from the electric cars. Just think about the demand increase when everyone plugs their electric cars in at 5-6 pm after work.
They "think" Humans are stupid and are their property or slaves, especially Americans, but basically the Countries that attended The G7 are on their list. They, are Not human. God Will show them otherwise.
Each year for the past five years we have received a letter from the county saying that the value of our home has gone up a certain amount. We live in a two bedroom home that has approx 1200 square feet. The first letter we got said the new value of our home had increased, magically, by 20k. The next year another 15k. The next 20k. Next was another 20k. Then 10k. So a house that was worth 80k in 2018 has now doubled in value...for no reason. Our tax liability has sure gone up though............. Crazy world
Sales are down because people cant afford it or they know that the stuff is poison anyway. The worldwide political theatrics continue. R.I.P. America.✌🏻
As a Pepsi addict, I can tell you first hand that their prices have risen quite a bit the last few years. Back in 2020 you could get a 2 liter for $1.00. Now they're $2.00 or more unless you catch a deal. I have cut my consumption in half. I'm not a coffee drinker so I gotta get caffeine from somewhere. And we've all seen the price of chips now. I've seen bags of Lay's for $7.00. I'll eat saltines first.
Our property taxes in a suburb neighborhood with .25 acres.... went up $1,000 for 2024 taxes. And that was AFTER I APPEALED the first property tax statement. The appeal saved us $300.
I have a student helicopter pilot's license, means I have a in my survival gear a handheld emergency radio that broadcast and receives on all aircraft frequencies, military frequencies and Navy frequencies. I have a second radio that is for shortwave and all civilian frequencies that broadcast and receives. To use these radios I have to have a pilot's license. I am well trained in use of radios I was a RTO during the first Gulf War.
Before Amtrack took over the rail lines. Riding on the western trains was an experience that should have been on everybody's bucket list. You could see everything from the train. Many places that are totally unreachable by car. A full moon trip through the rockies was totally unforgettable. The federal government has fixed and regulated the trains to the point of failure.
I've seen first hand boxes upon boxes of good (produce, among other foods etc) being thrown out due to dates. It's perfectly good food. It blows my mind
Because companies don't want to be sued. If someone gets a stomach ache and blames an outdated, slightly wilted lettuce, there are lawyers there to take on the case.
I own a 3-bedroom house on 10-acres, and my property taxes are well under $500 / year. I feel so sorry for people getting reamed, but I'm sure I'll probably be there too, before long.
In Canada our incompetent government is eliminating AM channels, radio stations and the ability to hear AM signals by getting rid of AM radios starting in cars.
As someone who used to love both Pepsi and Lays, the prices are whack and i just will not pay that for chips anymore. Theres stores that are still $2 or $3 for other brands of chips. Those will be fine, thank you.
I'm pushing and recall when travel by train was a pleasant experience. My mother and I traveled from CA to ME via train and had a sleeper. We had our meals in the dining car and the food was nice. Both fellow passengers and train employees were wonderful. I took Empire Builder and Coast Starlight to go from MN to CA about 20 years ago. Most horrible experience of my life. Fellow passengers were loud and rude. The employees were sullen and didn't care about customer service. The food was at best mediocre and at worst, horrible. Amtrak could be a great thing but as with anything the government becomes involved in, it's a mess. Nothing but a boondoggle and incredible waste of taxpayer money.
A lot of things people don't realize is when they vote for those city and county and state bonds that is an increase in your property tax. The last house I owned my property taxes because of bonds had increased from $500 a year to $12,000 a year. I know when they run their ads and they convinced everybody to vote for it saying oh it's only going to increase by a couple dollars it's a couple dollars per dollar value of your property
Thanks so much, Dave! AM is still a fairly big thing down here in Mexico, and for years now I have had radios that have solar/ crank / battery power. For anybody who doesn't have this, I definitely recommend you pick up one from Dave; you will be so glad you did, especially when SHTF. Even if you get one from somewhere else, this is a must. But I would certainly appreciate it if you got one from Dave. Hugs to all, and head on a swivel! Much love to all, Kim. 🤗🇲🇽
Both sides of the 49th parallel, as well as our good friends in NATO, seem determined to have a war they can call their own. It has been made clear that Zelensky will be prevented from seeking an arrangement with Russia, in view of the fact that the countries supplying his military needs have other ideas. It seems as though this is going to happen, no matter how you & I feel about it (which is nothing new, I understand that). I hope everyone is ready. God Bless.- Mike in Canada
I quit alcohol Dr. said HBP out of control. I can drink or die not both. A gallon beer a day $300 a month not spent on beer . I've been saving up for the crash.
Just bought a 2L Pepsi @ 2.59. Bought 1... Went to the LIQUER store THIS week, not to drink but to save... NEVER HEARD OF PRICES SO HIGH, ended up with 1 bottle of vodka at 13.00... EVERYTHING ELSE WAS 30-40 bucks! Am glad am NO LONGER A HEATHEN. Wanted a bottle of GOOD whiskey for the stash but at 50-60, NOT HAPPENING! REPENT!!!!! You cant afford to be a HEATHEN these days. m
I make my own medicine. Had to switch from brandy to wine for tinctures not only due to the high price but the tax is almost 50% per bottle!!! I was shocked. $15.99 (for the cheapest brandy) and $6.30 tax. Ridiculous😭
I really think we need to start a Peace, Prosperity and Preparedness party. No more of this war on the middle-class, involvement in foreign wars, open borders, and overregulation.
Soooo many people are now on the diabetic shots for weight loss. They are not buying as much junk food. Walmart recently came out saying their sales were down and they knew it was because of that..
Im not in California but have some friends in SoCal, the power company there gives incentives to power down your home, they do a full hour every Saturday afternoon, flip the main breaker to the house, don’t think they have paid a power bill in some time, or they get gift cards, I forget. I’m in Washington state and the state gov wants to break the dams on the snake river to allow more salmon to spawn. 65% of the state’s electricity is hydroelectric, and we have a mandate for no new gas vehicles… so yay!!! (That yay was sarcasm)
Yes we live in the dark now. Our electric bill (now based on income level) is through the roof. We would be doing great if we did not hv to pay all the insurances and tax (life, car, medical, earthquake, property etc). My son’s a new driver his car insurance is $4000. Property tax $9000. Our house was built in 67 during Vietnam war. We have aluminum wiring. People’s home insurance is getting canceled due to the age of the plumbing, condition of roof, clutter in back yard, etc. Did I mention they are flying drones to check the roof and your backyards? Had a friend who had to change plumbing out due to age or they were going to cancel their homeowners insurance (thus losing the house as they were new buyers and still paying pmi). I don’t know how other people less fortunate than us survive, especially due to the heat. I Thank God for blessing us. Still struggling though.
@@Noel-ip2gjI live in Pa the township I am in use to tax you according to your work title.. in adition to the 1.5 wage tax..it was fought and was taken off due to unconstitutional.. paying electric due to your income is very socialist..
@@DianeDeCenzo-jh8qp Yes, very socialist indeed. I don’t know why they keep on trying to do stuff like this. Now they are trying to pass a bill that will charge you 30 cents a mile when you drive for using the road. Guess they are desperate.
couple years ago a friend of mine in New Hampshire said he paid 7k or so in property taxes for his place. it's by no means a "fancy" area. I pay around 7k for my 1700 acre ranch in ND. Unbelievable! but I also think property tax along with income tax are completely unconstitutional and total BS.!
Thanks for sharing. Most of the people that I know are having to live much worse than they did, say 5 to 10 years ago. Something's got to change FOR Americans for a change.
keep up the Videos pal. i watch your content daily as it drops. i like and subscribed & all that fun stuff. im up in Central Cape breton i picked up a Hand held Cobra Cb Radio, & a Boefeng Radio that ive been Scanning channels & listening too FM radio most the time with it
I can attest for the snacks at convenience stores, I bought some chips at 2 different circle K's over the past week, and first time in 30 years both were stale. Which means they are old and been sitting there because nobody is buying them. Too expensive.
