If possible live on 40 hrs a week and then work overtime for someone else . The elderly can't work anymore to help themselves. You may not have to look far to find one that is struggling to pay heating bills, medicine and food. If you can butcher animals I understand that raising rabbits doesn't cost. I have always been a sort of prepper, living in California years ago and preparing for the earthquakes, riots and such, I am now in Arizona have been for over 30 years, after 2020 I went full force, I kept telling my kids and they thought I was crazy, but then one of them woke up and realized what I was doing she needed to do so also. fast forward today I still have that one child who keeps saying we will be fine and live off of top ramen UGH don't get me wrong she is a hard worker and a single mom of 2 and a new grandbaby. My grandson calls me and he sees what a mess this world is in, between him and me we have put together a plan, we have a home and are blessed to have this 2nd home in Mexico a safe part, I am currently trying to prepare that home for us all if we need to get out of the city, it's a little rough since its around 5 hrs away but I am plugging away at it. I hope to have it ready by Thanksgiving. Don't give up when there's a will there is a way. God Bless you all and our country

Summer vacations never slowed down during the lockdowns and still haven't. All the vrbo type homes around here were booked all summer and through to Labor Day. Count down to Labor Day so we'll have a little peace and quiet. Zero respect for residents who have sleeping babies or have to go to work after vacationers' all night loud drunken parties. If everyone is broke how in blazes can they afford this?

Easy for you when you are making bank from a RU-vid channel. I'm not saying you didn't earn it. But most of us are living on median income wages and cannot afford to do the same things. Just saying it's best to keep it realistic, because after a while you are not relatable. I can see what is in your garage and that you even have a garage. No garage here. We do not provide for our children and grandchildren. They are adults and should be fending for themselves and taking care of their own children. We have barely enough to do for ourselves. We can donate time, skills and knowledge and that's about it.
The biggest thing is finding land with a good house on it here in Ky . There's no land they sell the land in lots so they can get more money lots depend from 25,000 . To 60,000 a acer or less . Look for a state that sells land not lots . I'm getting out of debt in October this year and no credit cards and wanting to find more land and friends .

When we bought a home out of state we were trying to find someone to mow while we were gone. We asked a man for names. He was well known in town for helping others out. He had a list of names but he called them PAJAMA KIDS - We were like what? He said yes those are the ones you see at the store in their Pajamas. They are the ones who will ONLY work a few hours just enough to pay for their fast food, cell, car, gas and insurance. He says the rest of the time they are sleeping or playing video games LOLOL He described it perfectly.

I liked how a while ago when I first started watching you , you said things that where happening around the world and shared everything going on. But now all you repeat is what you have and how your going to use all your things you own. Can you go back to taking everyone texting you about what is happening in the USA not at your house.
My wife and I through the 70s and 80s with one child. It was bad as to inflation. Home mortgages were 16%. We lived very simply. We had a TV, small microwave, fridge, an a used washer and dryer. Didn’t eat out and cooked everything from scratch. One car, one phone, and no cake TV. My $1200 monthly paycheck was mostly gone to pay bills. We shopped clearance for clothing. I made my toddler leather moccasins to wear. I say all this to say that we made it. I went into the military for a pay increase of $2000 per year. Didn’t want to but we needed free healthcare and housing. I say all this to say that we made it through that time to better times. Can’t say we will see better times in the next 10 years but life is never static-things change and we will change. We will adapt. Don’t despair. Tighten your belts till it hurts (i don’t mean to make lite of those of you who are already suffering). Love God and neighbor. Be creative. Embrace frugalism. Look for opportunities that you had not considered,
