I really liked! The strange thing is that I started to have a muscle fever again, even though I move with you every day. Is it normal or am I wrong? Thank you, Hannah! 🤗🤗🤗

It’s normal Moga. In Moving Mango method, I do have some adjustment with the movements from time to time to work all the muscles in the body. So you might activate the new muscles in the recent videos that you haven’t worked on it. I’m happy you feel it 💛 that means our body improves 🤗

Hello Hannah!!! Just done it and feel so good that I'm going to do the next one! I don't know if it's me, but I really feel that this time is not enough. I feel that everything goes too fast. It's sure that I live generally in a dream as a bubble without shape. Yes, it seems that I'm always beside the real. I feel inside me a peace so joyful that I have difficulty to involve myself in the outside. Thank you my friend to give me such pleasant moment where my body moves because it needs it! Lots of love.
