I am so excited to have 88 more days of this series with you!!! I "created" a very challenging move based off the last move of the side lift...prop up on elbow, balance on one hip and bring BOTH legs to the front! Give it a try 😉 ❤🥭

Hello Hannah. Just finished this today as I just started the day 1 yesterday. Hope I will be able to do the 90 days... I will try my very best. this is one of my favorite workouts so far and I love the new moves. Of course I do the more advanced and challenging version and I can really feel the burn. Hi Alina. Somehow I missed your question, which I thought I replied earlier already. Hope it’s not too late. It is definitely okay to feel more on your booty. When you have a little different position for your hips, lower back, feet and knees, it will make your different muscles work. And it is all good as long as you keep moving. The more you workout, the more you will notice what makes the muscles you want to target work better. Also sometimes, when your core is stronger than your booty, you might feel it more on your booty. Pilates is awesome as it requires all of your muscles working together to make a great form. Hope it helps 💛

hi Mehvish, just mean shouldn't feel pressure to do each one. I would just do a couple and make a habit of enjoying myself lol. Love that you're combining Pilates with other styles of fitness, think the results for both will probably be better 💛

hey hannah starting soft n slow.... its a good workout... i like the new steps but i couldn't do it .. my leg wouldn't stay stable above ground like urs ... all in all i loved stretching too...

@@MovingMangoPilates hello hannah ...how r u? m good here in Germany again covid cases r increasing.... anyway stay healthy n strong ..... Also i would like to put my insight for 90days fall exercise... hannah hands down 28days social dist. was the best vid challenge till now... what i felt was very clear n i could see results on the day 28 ... i think if u could do longer part divided vid similar to 28day social D i think it would be a hit..cause we can divide n use according to our needs n preferences this way also beginners n intermediate ppl can do together n challenge themselves... pls pardon me if m over stepping but u c u made me a pilates enthusiast.... lots of love.... take care sweetie...

that makes a lot of sense girl! agreed and noted! let me see what we can do, the issue is that the videos take a long time to process, and as I can't work, I don't have the money for a new computer. perhaps there is a workaround !!💛

@@MovingMangoPilates hi hannah i don't know how this is done ... but i think u r on d right direction... n about space n laptop .... hmmm that certainly is costly.... .. hhannah u start things that can generate money ...i know its against your ideology but for d greater good of community i think there has to be monetary support ... i m just a lay man here but i think its time u do think around this.... whatever you do m definitely with you... lots of love

Hi girl, yeah, eventually will do something. Know a lot of people are uncomfortable with me not doing anything to monetize either. And, US work permits take a while to get, so just have to hold steady for a bit while I cannot work. Hopefully it comes soon! Think I could have a solution to adding more timers though!

Hi dear, thanks for your question! Always listen to your body and never do anything that is uncomfortable. Please modify as you need to. Is it certain exercises that you are having difficulty with, like always on your back, when your neck is lifted, etc?

@@MovingMangoPilates Yaaaa, I just saw your answer. Thank you so much. You made me very happy for your interest. My abdominal muscles are very weak.Sometimes I can only make a move 3 times.I do not feel any pain in my back. Only my waist and neck are very sore.. Thanks ! I love :)))))))

Hello Hannah! I have a question. I've noticed that when I do prone exercises whilst lying on my tummy it sometimes hurts the pubic bone quite badly and I feel like it will bruise. Is this normal or do you think that perhaps my form isn't quite right? My mat isn't a thin one so I wouldn't think that's the problem. Thank you so much for your time and also for your videos! :)

Hi Micky! Very hard for me say without seeing you move. Would definitely buy a thicker mat, I use about as thick a mat as I can find, and see a doctor if it's not normal. They will be able to help you quicker!

Hi Kim, usually around 11:00 pm to midnight PST, though it depends on whether the video is done processing. Am a one person operation at the moment, so am mostly just swimming along. Hope the publication schedule isn't too sporadic.

Hi Sara, you can try to reduce the range of the movement, don’t have to bring your legs so high, or so far. Just to the point you don’t hear the click 💛 hope it helps. Let me know how it goes 🤗
