This isn't the Psycho voiced by Sonny Strait, he did the Pyscho 1 voice in BL2, along with Clayton and some others I believe. This is Raison Varner, who provided the Pyscho voice in BL1, as he has done with the Psycho 2 voice in BL2. Varner is also the lead audio designer of the series, wrote dialogue for the Psycho enemies in game, and helped write the character for Krieg. An astonishing amount of the voice acting in the Borderlands games comes from big shots at GBX...Randy Pitchford doing Crazy Earl, for instance, hahaha.
Looking at his Wiki it looks like he's even more crazy than the Psychos. Here's a quote from Krieg: "I am the inside of this world, I taste the gore, and I smell the crying, AND I WANT MORE! I want to bathe in your flesh, I want to savor your fear. I wanna live inside a castle built of your agony, AND I WANT TO CRUMBLE IT WITH AN AXE TO YOUR CAROTID ARTERY!" And my favorite: "Look at me when I scream into your SOUL!"
Knowing that this is the same voice actor that voiced Usopp in the One Piece english dub really makes me wish the Psycho would yell ''Usopp hammer!''sometimes when he melees a character.
Remember peoples this is Raison Varner the sound engineer and the first psycho voice from Borderlands 1 hence why it's much more longer. Also he did Loader Bot's voice in the Tales of Borderlands.
