At least in the dlc your character is acknowledged by other people

At least he is alive, he was one of my favourite character in pre-sequel.

This story was better than the main story in BL3

I feel Timmothy out of all the people Jack has caused pain to either physically or emotionally, Timmothy got it the worst, his life was taken over, he was forced to do anything Jack didn't want to and worst off after his downfall he was no doubt hunted by angry people who really wanted to kill Jack, he deserves a happy ending.

Tim better make it work with Moxxie, cause he just cut off his "backup plan".

All the good Borderlands Stories has Handsome Jack involved and that is a fact I'm proud of

I honestly really loved this ending, Tim got ultra screwed by Jack-maybe even more than anyone else in the game, which is saying a lot, and being permanently stuck with looking and sounding like the biggest fascist on Pandora is hell in of itself. He deserves to be with Moxxi, and deserves happiness and closure after everything he’s been through. I’ve also got to give Tim some HUGE points, he was at first totally willing to sacrifice himself, and then immediately after made the choice to cut off his own hand to save everyone on board the ship. THAT takes guts, and I’m more than happy to welcome him back to the VH team.

Nice, Timothy will eventually be able to find one of Moxxi's secret exits.

So glad Timothy got to survive after working for Jack otherwise completely ruined his life. Now, can we get a Gaige vs. Holloways DLC where Gaige and the Vault Hunters get into shenanigans that allow you to shoot even MORE robots?

Man, the second the music hit and Timothy being so happy at the end just hits me in the heart in just the right way and I love it!

Gearbox is just sitting on the biggest DLC story...a rampaging Krieg who has lost all sanity due to...well, you know. Tearing a bloody path across Pandora. Maybe have an elaborate and crazy plot twist where they need to delve into his broken psyche in order to stop his grieving slaughter...maybe the "sane" part of his conciousness can serve as a guide for the Vault Hunter. The bosses can be "psycho versions" of the Borderlands 2 protagonists...Salvador, Gaige, Axton, etc...where all of them look twisted and shout ridiculous things loosely related to their characters. Maybe they can help bring Krieg back to sanity. Like Tiny Tina's DLC, you could call it "Broken Minds & Twisted Hearts".

I was THIS close to table flipping my PC when Timothy brought up the idea of sacrificing himself. They already trashed Aurelia, got rid of Maya, and now they were about to scrap Timothy who was my favorite character in TPS and also the last thing that serves us as a reminder of that piece of shit villain we all love so much. I'm so glad it ended the way it did, Timothy deserves a break.

Anybody else thinking moxxie having a galaxy conquering robot army, and a giant space Vegas casino just isn't a good idea. What's gonna be the push to cause her to become a major villain. The death of her other child? Ava's horrible decision making? Something about this seems awfully handsome Jack like and it's not just the giant robot.

Honestly I love Jack as a character but give me the same voice actor and call him Timothy,Henry,peter and I will probably still hand over my money

I'm glad he's still alive Borderlands 3 has a thing for saying "Hey you know all this likeable characters you love. Well DIE" I think there's a couple more character focused dlcs after this one and I have a feeling that one will be on krieg. If that happens I hope they don't kill him off in some stupid way

Interesting characters, interesting plot, interesting reference, interesting locations, interesting final boss fight, and it took few hours to finish. This is definitely a worth-buying dlc

The fact that Tim realises that HE was the one and not Jack eating dinner with Moxxi that night just makes this ending so much better.

It's so sweet that after EVERYTHING Timothy went through, his story ends with him twigging that Moxxi actually likes him and running back to her like a lovestruck teenager 🥰 I hope he appears in 4 - it'll be a good way to keep Dameon's Handsome Voice Talents in the series :) I mean screw it, I'd be happy if they pulled some contrived nonsense with eridium and a new evil alien race bringing Handsome Jack back from the dead - they clearly realised after 2 that he should NOT have been killed, he's one of gaming's greatest villains lol

That ending music as he leaps into the air is so beautiful no joke

While I do wish the DLC was a little bit longer, I did enjoy the whole run of it. I guess I keep comparing it to Assault on Dragon Keep, which is the best DLC of the bunch. But I did like the heist/flashback sequence, reminded me of when Tina would suddenly change the story and the backgrounds would immediately do the same.

I really loved this DLC, as many others have pointed out, it has a better story than the main game. I loved seeing Timothy back, and I'm super happy that his character was developed as well as he was. Kudos to Gearbox for focusing on a character that was DLC for a game many people didn’t play. It was a bold move, and it paid off in my opinion. I love Moxxi's line about instantly knowing he is not Jack when she saw him for the first time at her bar. Timothy has been living the last seven years under Jack's shadow and he even has kind of an identity crisis going on, it's nice to see someone who can see under the mask for who he really is.

I know that the developers said themselves that jack is dead but there are some wierd things to point out like the gun he uses in the intro cutscene of the dlc... which btw is a bl3 hyperion shotgun.

The fact he said "not even a little" a second makes me think we got the real Jack, dunno just something about him asking if he fooled her is a bit suspicious but still highly unlikely

I got chills at the ending when he said "soo... I didn't even fool you a little?" I thought they were going to pull one on us..

I die a little on the inside when every trace of jack is whiped from the casino. I just miss this guy so friggin much

I know a relationship with moxxi most likely won’t last but I’m just so happy to see my boy Timothy finally get a happy ending after the years of hell Jack put him through!

I think with this dlc gearbox has learned writing and story matter the most when it comes down to borderlands anyone can make a looter shooter but what separates borderlands front he rest is the funny and interesting characters you meet in your journey.This kind of makes me sad a bit though because even though you defeated everybody in the casino it's in a way a true farewell too our favorite villain.

Honestly what i like about Timothy is that even when Jacks DNA takes a hold of him briefly he still sounds more like a polite version of Jack, then again Jack wasn't always Bad, but became a downright asshole after, y'know everything, like in my Eyes Timothy sounds like if Jack actually was the hero Jack thought he was

Glad to get a happy ending. I mean why they decided to give us some second rate main villains who somehow cause the death of two of our favorite sirens, replace them with a new whiny girl, leaves us with so many questions and shit for answers while we get a 3rd rate story more for pandering than anything, and all of our favorite characters are barely seen...so this was a nice comeback

So TPS VHs fates: Wilhelm - Killed by you, Jack won't stand a chance. Nisha - Dead. Claptrap - Alive, functional, & still kicking! Athena - *still unknown but probs just being happy w/ Janey rn.* Aurelia - Died thanks to bad writing (and bullets). Timothy - You just watched the video dum-dum.

Tbh moxie dosen't deserve a happy ending like this. She did a lot wrong (especially with my boy jack)

One of the best dlc in the entire franchise. Great side content, drops, characters, plenty of armored enemies to justify holding onto corrosive weapons we barely use otherwise, and that end boss is a lot of fun when you're lower levels and actually have to try hard to beat him. It feels so satisfying to see Jack still making people miserable after his death, and the 'screw you I'm rich' protocol is exactly up his character alley. And then getting a bit of closure on Jimothy. Though its hard to know just how sincere Moxxi may have been at that flirt with him, maybe we'll find out if they did anything about it when we get BL4

There is ONE good thing being Jack gave Timothy...confidence.

When it revisited the "so i didnt even fool you a little?" Line i thought they were about to drop some huge bomb about that actually being jack.

What made this so satisfying is Timothy being a hero and making up with Moxxi. WE ALL WANT ENDINGS WITH SOME F***ING GRATIFICATION!

what Timmothy did at the end that saved everyone made him a true hero, the kind not even handsome Jack could ever be.

Gonna be honest I kinda see Timothy as what jack could have been if his life had been better If he wasn't abused If he wasn't betrayed Maybe jack could have been a pretty swell guy

Oh, Jack is still dead? Guys, a little spoiler: Thimoty is not a Jack, The Pre-Sequel, baby!

Hearing Timothy say jack he was the worst and looking at his facial expression is really making me think it’s not Timothy and another one of jacks plan

And at that moment, Tim knew...... he finally hit the jackpot.

My boi timothy I play him in borderland pre sequel in borderland handsome collection edition (it has all dlc and character for those who didn't play borderland 2 or pre sequel) and I find him fun to play when he feel not so confidence He sure has good time when he say he got a date with moxxi He save everyone in casino He even impress moxxi He one hell son of bitch boyo(Zane main here)

And this why Timothy is my main when i played the BL2 pre-sequel.

I ship it. Hopfully it doesn't end up bad. They both deserve to be happy away from Jack of course
