@TrashGamer-2020 Nah trust me man talk to conventional machinists. All of them will tell you about this problem, because carbide tools are designed mainly for use in CNC they design them for that and us conventional boys are left behind 8(

I make up boring bar holders as I use a 50mm Dia bar in my quick change tool holders regular 👍

You should try Taegutec products. They also have a production unit here in India. More superior to tungalloy. Also both these companies work under one group IMC. So not a major difference in performance but prices are comparatively less

Are you using at least a split bushing? I've used these and they work great...

@@terrynaude284 tool holder bushing,but they have a flat and that's where you tighten the bore bar, ... If you try to clamp on boring bars with set screws it induces harmonics. www.roviproducts.com/tool-holder-bushings-and-boring-bar-sleeves/b-style-tool-holder-bushings/. Sure boring bars with flats are easier to center, but round shanks are the way to go for deep boring.

@@JesusSanchez-xu2is I've been using Sandvik silent tools for over ten years in clamped round tool holders and they are simply amazing ,as you point don't have clamp screws directly on the bar .also bars with flats perform better in round bushings.

You're askin too much for most tools. 8 nanometers is a really tight tolerance

Читая такие комментарии за страну обидно. Брать иномарку или ладу тоже сомневаетесь? На счёт резцов - посмотрите различие в работе расточного из инструментальной стали и из высоколегированной, а также объясните как дребезг повышает чистоту обработки (исходя из вашего умозаключения)

@@chelowek_v_sibiri работал я и обычными резцами... и митсубишивскими резцами... и режимами играл... и скоростями... расточка свыше 100мм дает дробь на поверхности... не спорю возможно зависит от металла заготовки... от жесткости станка... и т. д.... но работая на мазаке и особенно на китайце... у нас возникали проблемы с внутрянкой глубже 100мм...

@@КрасныйСерп возможно вы не так поняли габариты? Там резцы 3-5см. Видео от компании sandvik залиты на RU-vid 8 лет назад, учитывая что сейчас есть такие видео от десятка компаний - технология точно используется. Особенно на горизонтально расточных, как я понял. Пока мы сомневаемся, предпочитая "кувалду и лом" технологии производства уходят семимильными шагами. А в наших институтах учат на перфоленте программировать.

@@chelowek_v_sibiri пересмотрел видео... теперь понятно в чем фишка резца... там компенсатор внутри стоит... он и резанирует при вибрации стабилизируя резец! почему то первый раз я не обратил внимание на него...

Это работает. Я себе борштангу переделал по такому принципу, на вылет в 400мм, мелкая вибрация исчезла, можно сказать вообще. Сделал немного топорно, в следствии чего какие то отголоски остались, но качество поверхности в два три раза улучшилось точно.

а что есть необходимость? Не протачивайте, точите по своей методе.
