Hi and welcome back! Today I made a simple but delicious dish. Bistec empanizado(breaded steak). Instead of using breadcrumbs, I use saltine crackers. They give the steak a crunchier exterior.
Here are the ingredients:
4 cubed steaks (tenderized)
3 eggs
2 sleeves of Saltine crackers (salted tops)
Adobo Goya to taste.
