Guys, I expect ya'll to know this, but Boruto can pace through the exams faster than Naruto because the Naruto exams were the introduction of many characters' and clans' abilities. Boruto benefits from that foundation and not having to get into certain details because Naruto already did. That is not something to be held against either show.
its not just that. Anime nowadays are not surviving with the pacing of things like naruto, one piece, and dbz. Pacing is far better nowadays and wastes less time
That was a nice Rock Lee vs Gaara homage seeing their sons fight. Shikadai vs Yodo reminded me of Shikamaru vs Kin (one of the sound ninja) at the chunin exams in OG Naruto. Her technique had something to do with sound too. They did Inojin dirty lol.
Yeah. I mean, Inojin is a sensory type so he should have sensed it right away even if he doesn't mould his chakra. But i think they did that just so that Sarada could have the glory or something.
Boruto may have cheated because he wanted attention from Naruto but that doesn’t mean it was justified. At this point Boruto just liked to take the easy way out. He also wanted to just be cool like Sasuke.
For real he was also using cheat codes on his little gameboy thing, that wasn't for attention. He's gonna be serving up ramen for a living if he don't put in the work
i think he was justified. If the only way you can get one of your parents attention is by having super cool justsu, thats crazy and sad. He went that far because he wanted Naruto to act like a dad. Like he's supposed to.

But since he never had a dad around he doesn't know how to act like a "proper" dad. and doesn't realize that since Boruto has a family and friends that he's already spoiled and in need of attention. Not to mention he's entitled since he's the hokages son. I don't take either side, they both need to work on their relationship like Asuma and the 3rd did. My Grandpa died before my dad was born, and he didn't do certain father things with us and was always working or sleeping because he didn't have an example

We see multiple times Naruto tries to interact with Boruto but he just pushes him away the few times he tries to connect. Boruto at the time needed to realize that Naruto is a very busy person who can’t always do everything when people want him to do something all the time..
@@Sinbad_Deity sasuke regrets how far he was willing to go for power but I wouldn’t say he was a taking an easy route. He still literally had to work hard for the power he gained and he’s definitely not cheated in anything. But I guess the lesson still applies that you make mistakes and learn from them

Thank you for pointing out that other shinobi are getting screwed over by Bourto cheating. Fans who made excuses for him fail to realize that. I know why he does it, but it's still messed up for the other shinobi.
Out of all the new gen characters, sarada is one who truly feels like a combination of her parents the most. And while I do like the pacing, i also feel like it going too fast. narutos chunin exam took so long because they were trying to give all the characters depth and backstory. in boruto, without that backstory, its faster but also just feels kinda bland

Because of Anko, all the leaf leaders knew about Sasuke's curse mark, but the Third allowed the exam to continue with heavy watch on Sasuke. And yeah it worked against Sasuke until he was able to control it

Haha yeah no if anything he felt like it was cheating so he decided to get stronger without it, and like you said he almost LOST, to Sasuke that is a downside especially if he can't control it so that's mostly the reason why he didn't use it. The only thing he had in mind was to train until he made it to the finals to beat Gaara and settle things with Naruto, he felt the mark was a burden with the downside that his body isn't used to it yet so it's a double edged sword it's worthless in combat at that time so why would he use it?

I don’t think Boruto’s tool is equivalent to Sasuke’s curse mark even thou sasuke didn’t have it at first it literally was embedded into him it’s apart of him now, boruto’s case is different because that’s something dude can take off and put on.
It's similar in the way it's both unnatural power sure Sasuke didn't want it at first but he eventually chose it and Sasuke regrets that he's just trying to show Boruto it's not going to end well for him too.

The fucking Forest is still part of the entire Chuunin exam and if that were the case Gaara should've instantly been disqualified for trying to Kill Lee in his match, and neji should've been reprimanded for nearly killing Hinata. Hell there were reports of students dying in the chuunin exam not just during the forest examination.
U can't compare the scientific ninja tool to the curse mark or ninetails because naruto and sasuke had actually learn how to use and control theirs boruto just have to choose the jutsu he wants and then bam...it doesn't even use his own chakra
Unpopular opinion to Narutards and haters…….Naruto drove Boruto to cheat. If he had only prioritised his family over his job, things would have been different.
When you become the hokage everyone becomes your family asuma struggled with the same problems as boruto but he never cheated to get hiruzens attention. Boruto isn't as important as the entire village naruto is literally the government of the leaf village no one other than shikamaru is helping him get his job done. Not saying it's all Borutos fault he is understandably upset but naruto is understandably trying taking care of everyone's problems.

Boruto signifies a lot of youths nowadays. Honestly, some people have no trouble cheating for their exams, or tests, and would feel no remorse doing so. They take short cuts just to get results they don't deserve, and it's the same for Boruto here. Boruto however, while not justified, cheats because he wants his father to acknowledge him. We need to know that Naruto's neglection of his family happened even earlier when Boruto was before 8 years old. Children's parents mean the world to them, so if neglection happens like this, it will get to their head.

You guys should skip some arc’s. I would recommend watching The parent and child day arc it is good for seeing the relationships of The og Naruto squad and their kids. Then you guys should watch the jugo arc (if you want) then skip to the Time travel arc (it may be filer but it is fire filler and I think you guys are going to like it) then you guys should skip to the Deepa arc, then Ao arc and finally you guys will catch up to the current arc which is the Kara/Kawaki arc!
if sasuke cheated using the curse mark, then naruto cheated his entire way through the series. even then the only time sasuke let it overtake him during the chunnin exam was in the forest when those sound ninjas were trying to murder all three of them and it overtook him and he used the power to body that sound ninja. lol evan getting spoiled about everything
I absolutely hate how they handle the chunin exams they turned such a big thing into a small thing the chunin exam is where you saw each individual character show off with their truly made of or what they can do

The Xez Crew TXC but the reason why cheating was initially important was because you had to be able to keep an upper hand vs your opponents and keeping secrets are important too. Cheating had layers
@@ChairWithScoliosis the reason the scientific ninja tools aren't allowed is because they're experimental and not even available to the majority of people. boruto only has access to it because of katasuke, so he's basically using tech that gives him an advantage over everyone else. in the future the scientific ninja tools might be allowed, similar to how kunai, shuriken, paper bombs, and other tools are. but right now the chunin exams are supposed to be a show of the hard work that the genin from each village have put in. also during the written exam in naruto they explicitly said that you can cheat as long as you don't get caught, this was to teach them that shinobi have to be able to keep their cards hidden, and boruto wasn't able to do that so he got DQ'd
“Cheating” was emphasized for the written exam only. In the Forest of Death if people tried to cheat by looking at the scrolls early, they were eliminated and people had to adhere to the rules of the individual matches. The closest thing could be Sasuke’s curse mark but outside of 1 instance, where no one was aware of it, it was being monitored by proctors and was an active hinderance for Sasuke when it activated
@@lordofanime7540 the thing is that's not even true. the curse mark was only hurting sasuke during the exam since he couldn't use his chakra without it activating and almost causing him to black out. and then after kakashi sealed it sasuke did everything else with his own strength, and the curse mark didn't activate again until after the exams were over
