Mitsuki: Say less Also Boruto is literally a genius when it comes to academics and ninjutsu.He just watches and learns,kinda like Itachi.He learned the shadow clone jutsu by just watching Naruto do the signs,without Naruto knowing.He's been experimenting with the wind style throughout this arc even tho Mitsuki wouldn't teach it to him.While it's not as strong as Mitsuki's,he uses it more creatively(big braining).Compare him to Minato,not Naruto

For the boruto stuff that's all really cool but I wish we got to see it on screen like it can still be a secret to other characters but let us just see him for like a 10-second clip making lightning chakra around his hands or with a small gust of wind. Like just little hints that he's working on something. Hunter x Hunter does a really good job of that specifically in an arc where the two protagonists have to develop a new set of powers and we don't actually get to see what their powers specifically look like until partway through the arc but we do get to see short little clips that suggest that there's a new power in the works that they're working on earlier in that arc

Boruto is not like Naruto, He's a genius. Mitsuki showed him the sign of his wind style and he created his own. When he was using it during the Iruka scene, He was creating his own.

Personally I LOVE Shizuma. And I never gave a shit about Kisame, he was always my least favorite Akatsuki member. I think the only time he interested me was literally his death ep. lol As for Shizuma's motivation, just to have fun, I thought it made him more interesting for the exact reasons you guys didn't like him. It made him stand out from literally all the other villains (beyond perhaps the Otsutsuki) because he was a complete psychopath with no over-the-top semi-relatable motivations. Similar to how in The Vampire Diaries everyone loved Malachai Parker for standing out in the same way.

I really don't understand the question about the children solving the battle in Naruto the focus was total on children who had more accomplishments than adults you will see that in Boruto it makes much more sense, the children here can solve battles against other children and weak ninjas, in Naruto they defeated S+ class shinobi Boruto is not an anime that stays 10 eps in a single fight

Dont worry ya’ll Boruto gets so much better. These early episodes is how all new animes start with experiments and figuring out proper writing. Remember Kishimoto let his student write early Boruto but Kishi later on comes back and guides the writing. Also keep in mind Kishimoto is the GOAT in character development writing. Thats what got lost in Boruto. We no longer connect so much with side villains. Its really just we got used to Naruto writing where side characters become iconic

Not the constant hating on Boruto 💀 he’s not Naruto he’s literally a prodigy and his dads position makes him essentially a Prince not “just some kid from konoha” Naruto didn’t have that luxury bc his origins were kept a secret. that mentality of harsh punishments is what led to the Uchihas extinction and the ninja wars which after ending, I doubt the current Kages want to repeat yfm
