yeah i found the best way to put the belt on both pulleys and then push the big wheel in like you did it. i tried with both pulleys was in place and just found it too tight to get on. thanks for the video
Forgot to say when you put the belt on the bearing and you push the bearing back don’t worry if you see the belt it’s not in straight line with motor because when you put the blade back it’s going to push the bearing more inside and straight the belt. STAY SAVE
Thank you so much for the tips. My lawnmower screws are covered with rust and dirt, I am not able to see the top two screws head, could someone please confirm what type of screw driver I need to use to undo the top two screws! Philips + or star head! Thanks in advance
Thank you adnan for this wonderful video. Only one question. When I took the motor out, a spring with a small block at the end fell off, please advise how to put it back. Regards
Tariq Mahmood I had this issue as well but not to worry, I used mine without it, that small and thin bar it’s just a brake pads to stop the blade quicker when you stop pressing the switch. Mine is working fine. It’s annoying you keep put it back but it come off because of the spring. I hope that help
Hi Adnan, and thanks for your really helpful video. I have managed to dismantle my rotak 34, and confirmed that the fan belt is in tatters so I'm ordering a new one on ebay. My old belt says F016X65351 but i can only find F016L65351. I assume they are the same? 🙂
Hello, I have followed all the steos but the bearing you refer to is fixed and did not lift off with the rest of the rotar. So I cannot take it out like you show here you think of a reason for this and how to rectify?
hi! good video, but vhen i had a look at my rotak 34' motor, i saw i had 3 wire cables !, one black one blue ok? ...and one brown ??? where is it connected ?
@@adnanalyemeni7258 thank you ! I found by myself yesterday 😄 In fact the brown wire is by the side of the blue one. It isn’t connected on the motor, but in the yellow plastic sheath. Nice tips, see you.
Yes sure, from what I know belt for 34 or 34R or even 34 ergoflex are the same I bought mine from eBay around£5 Check this link it will show you that they all have same belt, but don’t buy it for £13.42 www.ebay.co.uk/itm/380572908719
Strange, have you tried my method how to fit it on?you will need to take the pulley off and then put the belt on it looks short but if you do the same way it won’t be short, it looks short but you will need to take the pulley off to be able to put the belt on.
You will need to use Phillips screwdriver and make sure you are using the right size otherwise you would ruin the screws and make them bold and it’s hard to get off later on, Also do not use a drill because that’s also will damage the screws
