Ok,i just adjusted the clutch. The bell shape dictates when i activates, due to centrifugal force. Adjusting the height adjusts the pressure.

I think the pulley is a push fit, but is extremely tight...not sure it can move in use it seems too tight

They are terrible machines most of them jam

I am having this problem aswell did you free it up ? If so how is it a left or right hand thread aside looks like it's pressed on
