I just want to say thank you so much! After TWO repair professionals, a misdiagnosis on the motor and more than $400 later this video helped us tremendously. My husband was smart enough to check the washer motor (which was just fine btw) and you helped guide us to the control panel which turned out to be the REAL problem. My husband followed your advice and now the machine is working again. This experience sure challenges your faith in the so-called professionals! You are the best!
I seriously cannot thank you enough for this video!!! Even just the part where you show how to get the washer into diagnostic mode, alone, was super helpful!!! I ordered a new control panel amd just finished installing it using your video to guide me through the repair and my washing machine is agitating/spinning again. Thank you so much for helping me repair this for just the $350 cost of the part and the time and effort to brave doing this repair myself. THANK YOU!!!!!!!! 😊
Thank you so much! This part is not cheap. This helped me confirm the problem (obviously destroyed chip on the board) and get the replacement board in no problem!
This was a tremendous help to diagnose my issue. Thank you for putting this up! found the part on a few sites online. I went with the fastest shipping available.
excellent video, thanks . P04 diagnostic was really useful . Actually it's easy to fix inventor with E-20 error , ordering a chip cost me 10$ plus time i spent soldering the new one .
Hi I had a Borsch Maxx VarioPerfect washing machine, the machine runs for a few minutes and suddenly the power cuts of and stop washing. The power supply was working, I tried switch off and on power supply and tried rinsing but it turn off by itself after washing for a few second. please advice what could be the problem..thank you
My friend has the same machine but it doesn't spin properly anymore just after 2 years of use. I thought I would fix it for him as he is terminally ill and the Bosch repair price was almost the same as a new machine. I had a similar problem with my machine where I just replaced the carbon brushes and the machine would work fine again but this machine doesn't use them. I ordered a sensor When testing the spin cycle sometimes it spins but most of the time it doesn't (no matter if there are any clothes in or not). There is no error message. It still looks just like the spinning problem that I had with my own machine that used carbon brushes. Any suggestion how to sort this issue? Would it be caused by a motor or a power control board? Any suggestions? Thank you.
On the back of my board I can see 1 chip that's is burnt. It is right beside 2 other near the middle of the board. The 2 right beside have markings of R050. Does the 3rd one have the same marking? Is it possible to just replace this chip ( not by me, I know someone who can do this)? I have either found no stock available for this board or if I do, they very expensive. I was hoping this could be an inexpensive fix by replacing just the chip.
What is the number of the three surface mount resisters that are in a row Three of them. I know they are r100 but i dont know anything else. Ant help with be appreicated
Hi Let's fix this! I as well got the E20 error code on my WFVC645OUC vision 500 series and no spin while all the other bells and whistles work fine. Fills and drains fine. Door closes and locks fine as well. So with a brand new $300 Motor Control Unit that just arrived Saturday from Parts Dr. , and now installed, I still get the E20 error code ? I now look to the drive motor and hope this is the culprit. Belt is fine and I think it is a sealed motor so the brushes should be okay? Really not much to this motor. Yesterday I sent away for a replacement drive motor too just so I could eliminate that holding us back? Can you think of anything else throwing an E20 code? I would love the help! Thanks and God bless!!
My niece gave me bosch washing machine series 300...i cant use it because everytime i turn it into quick spin it appear E83 i cant find the code E 83 really drive me crazy, where i can find someone to fix here in the Philippines.
My Bosch seems to "lockup" and won't spin. If I rotate it by hand and then start the spin cycle it will work most of the time. I tried the diagnostic codes, and I didn't get any. It spun just fine. I'm baffled? I would appreciate any help.
@@letsfixthis9343 but where do I find it? Mod.#WFMC5301UC/09 FD8709 900055. Part Number? On the inverter casing is a sticker with the numbers: BSH 9000 157 513 T 70 AKO 710775-05 PRG 714913-00 ASM - Inverter MU500A AK25-00 On P5 I got an E:09 code and on P4 the E:20 a day later. This just so happened less than a week after the power company installed a digital meter on my house and I wonder... never had an issue with this washer, only replaced drain pump last year. I'll be happy to spend $ 350 for this part if it fixes a quality machine which are not made any longer.
Chul0 TV i replaced this part “00704135 control unit” Not cheap, cost me about $400 Canadian. It’s not that hard to replace. Need to access back of washer.
