Another excellent review. I’m quite moved by the elegance through which you speak. Your description of the musicality of these earbuds was so eloquently done. You have a new fan in me sir! I was hesitant about picking up the Bose. But your review pushed me over the top, and I love them. Software polish, battery life etc could be better. But the thing we do mostly with headphones is.......listen. And in that category, as you’ve mentioned, there is no one close to Bose at this price point.

My only gripe with the Sport Earbuds is the crippled controls (no volume control and no customisation options in the app) so if that's something you don't mind then you'll love these superb sounding buds 😎And Bose might be able to bring these features onboard through software updates down the road.

Excellent review! I work in a quiet environment so my Bose sport earbuds are going to be PERFECT for my work environment and luckily I can keep them plugged into the charger basically anytime I’m at my desk, so I think these are going to be absolutely perfect! And they carry with them the outstanding Bose thumbprint that consistently blows my mind!👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

If on an android device.... Whilst playing music I went to settings, sound and vibration, and then dolby atmos near the bottom which has a custom equaliser on the phone which can alter the sound. I added more bass and now they sound even more amazing! Will do until bose potentially does something. Hope this helped :) great video bro!
I recently purchased these on a whim and while the design might not be that inspiring, Bose does not disappoint on sound quality. They sound superb. I just wish they'd drop the price.
I got these 2 days ago and was HIGHLY disappointed! Honestly I've never been more shocked about how lacklustre the soundstage was (average to low bass, volume is lacking, high mids) and listening to various genres really showed that these were not worth the price. I cannot fault their design as they're super comfortable. I really appreciate your reviews but I've read a lot more elsewhere and they're all saying that these are nowhere near what they should be sound quality wise and that the QC's are in another league for sound quality let alone sound cancelling. I'm tempted to just spend the extra cash and buy the QC's as I'm returning these back. How do I differ my review compared to yours though, as I really think you review with the highest level of detail. Looking forward to your comment. Keep up your channel 🙏🏼 I love your content.
There is no problem with having different opinions about a product as we all have our own preferences. I never use any earbuds at full volume so I don't understand volume complaints in general. Fit is everything when it comes to sound quality and the lack of volume and bass can easily be fit related issues. Maybe I just got lucky with that but I love what I hear. We are all different and that's why I always say that this is just my opinion and everyone should try a product for themselves or at least watch and read multiple reviews before making a decision. The QC Earbuds are much more expensive and that's why I was disappointed with their sound. Maybe it's the fit again as the QC buds are larger and I found the fit less than perfect in my ears. Active noise cancelling is a different feature, you either need it or not but I talk about it in my QC review I guess.
@@AndysTechTone For sure it will always be a personal experience and honestly I still have a hunch that the buds I had were faulty as this was not a case of fit as I also have the similarly designed Soundsports and there was a real lackluster sound being provided compared to these older models. I subsequently found a pair of Senny TW2 and am blown away! Different fit yes, but damn, the sound is gorgeous! No wonder you fell asleep with them in! ;)
Yeah the Momentum TW2s are different with their much calmer, maybe more mature sound. But they are useless for exercise and that's what I use earbuds for most of the time...

Really good review. Clear and unbiased. I wanted to know how the Bose Sport earbuds compare to Sony's Sony - WF-SP800N. Which one has better ANC? Sound quality? I already have the jaybird vista and need a backup for those really long runs or to just chill and relax while watching a movie or listening to music

Hey man, your camera setup and shots are great. So as the review. Can you tell me about the "occlusion" effect? In many earbuds, you can hear your footsteps "thumping". In my Sennheiser TW 2, I can even hear my blood flowing . This makes running impossible, because the footstep is as loud as the drums. Any answer appreciated, because I'm going to return Sennheiser's beast and looking for a "running" earbud.
Thanks Lacisz 😎 I know what you mean. Hearing your blood flowing could be the result of pressure built up in the ear canal which can be caused by the wrong size (fit) or too much weight (pull) of the earbud. With running it is hard to avoid to hear your feet pounding but I guess you can get used to it. Or maybe not, I don't know. I just came back from a run but I cannot recall if I had that problem or not. If it was really bad I probably would have noticed it though. What I hate more is cable rubbing noise (microphonics) which I'm experiencing right now as I'm typing this comment... 😳
Great review. Could I ask you some thing? Does It block out more ambient noise compare to soundsport free. And about call quality compare to soundsport free too.? I own soundsport free and love it a lot. But with delay and ambient noise problem, I spent more money on galaxy buds+. Does it worth upgrade?
Honestly I don't remember how good the passive noise isolation was on the Frees, but this one is not the best. Same with phone calls. But the updated BT, the better design and the outstanding sound quality make them a worthy upgrade.
I have some being delivered tomorrow bought them for £50 brand new they have now stopped making them I think they were part of a mobile phone contract as a free gift cos there's lots being sold on eBay and likewise.
@@fcukwork they are a good earphone. They were a little u derpowered I thought at first. Bose came out with an EQ in their app which can alter the sound but I used a problem on Android called Musicolet. This app can boost the sound also and make them as loud as you like. These earphones don't really need equalising they sound great as they were designed, apart from the limited volume (with my phone anyway). I also bought the new bose earbuds, the noise cancelling. These new ones did not sound as good standard but can be improved with the EQ and they have the noise cancelling of course. I actually just prefer the cheaper ones if it just music sound quality 👍

@@ratifitrayanti9324 There won't be much of a difference other than getting a more robust build quality and better IP rating. I found both buds equally comfortable, but the fit is a big question. If you want to use it on a bike than you better have a snug fit but that's something everyone has to try for themselves

Hi Andy, do you recommend bose sport earbuds or ipods pro 2 for gym and walks? I need something that is of highest sound quality and don't know much what is needed as I never used earbuds.
The Airpods Pro 2 offers much more useful features such as active noise cancelling, transparency or better controls so I’d say take the Apple buds instead of Bose

@@rehmanali2895 While the B&O EQ has a superior sound, the Airpods Pro are much more suitable for everyday use, especially in the gym. And the Airpods Pro has a great sound too with one of the best ANC on the market.

If you prefer absolute sound quality over everything else then buy the Bose. If you want more of a workhorse with customisable sound then buy the Jaybird Vista
Hello we were in contact yesterday regarding the Bose sports earbuds after watching another video of yours comparing tnis model with others. I have a questions is the max volume sound not so loud as i have heard of another reviewer stating that most of the time you will have to crank upto 95% or more

I don't understand why only right earbud works for phone calls. This was no-go for me for previous generation and same here... Unfortunately, I want to use them also for calls. Otherwise, they are great.
I love my Bose Sport Earbuds and I don't miss ANC at all. But that's just me. If you need ANC then the QC Earbuds are the obvious choice. But I found their fit not secure enough for exercise. Again, it's only my experience. I also like the Sony WF-SP800N for sports but the ANC is only average. Jabra added ANC to the Elite Active 75T but their sound is not the best. Cheaper options are the JLab Audio Epic Air Sport or the JBL Reflect Mini NC. They are both worth to have a look at.
@@AndysTechTone compared to other reviewers, you are tooo positive towards bose-sports. no critical points mentioned. many good-reputation-viewers find these bose not satisfying. specially compared to other well-known brands , price-quality-relation. and the specifications are not worth the image, bose has..... I got some bose’s, but I would not give all of them à such positive review as you did, specially their negative customers service. no offense, only intellectually practical....
@@akulinamackenzie4492 many good reputation reviewers do many things differently than I do. I only share my own experience with a product. And using the buds for running or in the gym and listening to music is a big part of that experience. I don’t think that sitting behind a desk bashing customer service describes these sports buds very well…
