Just in time for a Halloween 👻 - here's an alternative version of the track I remade 2 years ago. I haven't been quite happy with the mixing and some other things so I decided to re-arrange it and remix the track.

A similar version of this theme was included in The Last Revelation game but I must say that I actually prefer this one. What do you think? Which one's better - the unused TR3 one or the TLR one?
Because of the time restriction, this one never made it to the game and I always felt a musical track was missing from the final boss fight.

This is a great song, but I'm glad that it wasn't put into TR3. It might have to do with it being Connelly's style and not McCree's. It just doesn't fit with the rest of TR3's soundtrack. But it fits perfectly with the Minotaur boss in TR4. Great remix, by the way!👍

TR2 had very minimalist, atmospheric music in the final boss chamber, and TR4 had nothing but SFX. So the lack of music in TR3 doesn't stand out to me, actually adds to the creep factor. More interesting is that the composition sounds unlike most of the other McCree stuff from TR3. Even without the changes made for TR4, it sounds closer to Connelly, and I was surprised when I first learned this was composed by McCree.

Actually, this track was composed by Peter after McCree left Core... TR3 was still in development but it was too late to add it to the game. Later, he re-arranged it for TR4 :)
