Aeroldoth3 Tomb of Annihilation is the newest official campaign module for 5th Edition D&D. It's basically a spiritual successor to Tomb of Horrors, including a mega-dungeon created by the Lich Acererak just like before. The main difference is that Tomb of Annihilation takes place in this massive dinosaur island sandbox.

Aeroldoth3 Oh also they did kind of remake Tomb of Horrors itself as well. Tales from the Yawning Portal is an official collection of classic and difficult adventure modules updated for 5th Edition D&D, including Tomb of Horrors.

Is a Fire-Drake good enough, sure they cannot do magic, and cannot speak, but they can fly and shoot fire out of their mouth. If not, I do have a 271m long Wyvern battleship, it has the right name, and it IS a beastly monster, though I guess finding a lake in a dungeon large enough, getting a crew, and supplying ammo would be a hassle, but imagine the USP you would be able to advertise "The only Dungeon with a Battleship!"

Fort_Master There are two types of rewards: physical, and personal. Physical rewards are things like money, loot, food. Personal rewards are things like love, accomplishment, and pride. Most games stick to physical rewards, because it's easier to make. Dark Souls makes sure you know just how hard it is, so that when you beat it, or even just a section of it, you feel accomplished.

You guys are all slightly above average actors, but I like the acting because it feels so legitimate. The characters seem to be actual people who think and breathe, instead of just another lifeless caricature.

i would say better then above average because a average actor sucks balls since it takes every single human who has ever acted before and then averages. I can guess the ratio of good to middle school level acting is immense so the average would actually be sucky. So i would say decent actors. Really the only bad thing going for them is low budget. That means worse sets, props, smaller acting crews, smaller work crews, and plenty of other things.

Have you guys ever thought about doing videos on one of the Paradox games (Crusader Kings, Europa Universalis, etc)? There's so much potential for skits based on those that it's honestly kinda silly, especially Crusader Kings 2. Forget Dragon's Maze or Dungeon of Doom. I hear of this nice little dungeon called Bitterblack Island. They are hiring drakes *AND* undead right now. Going to apply there. I hear the final boss is the funnest guy out there. Striving for equality and murdering all adventurers that wander in. The guy even hired Death to work for him, it just wanders around the entire dungeon and one shots people at random when they are especially unlucky. I'm telling you Bitterblack the next big thing.

Inaset as a former adventurer who ventured deep into Bitterblack Island, I can vouch it was the *Funnest* and *Scariest experience I ever had, they even had arenas with different monsters in them every time you enter, and the loot was amazing while low on supply balancing out the loots' awesomeness

The last two times we played that, the same guy was the traitor both times. The first, we were all shrunk and his cat caught and ate all of us without us having the smallest chance. The second, he got trapped in a smoke-filled room the turn before, and literally couldn't roll high enough to escape except by rolling his Dark Dice each turn and hoping for a stat boost, meanwhile we guessed where he'd buried our friend alive the first turn and rescued her in in three, before he'd had a chance to do more than more a few tiles. It was pretty funny. :D

I was reminded of Dark Souls through out the entire video. Such a pleasure to be right. That said, the best dungeons adapt to their users... And I mean to become more difficult, not less. One adventurer always dodges right, add an extra spike to the right side. That sort of thing. Because humans? Good for killing.

qyuarkrien I agree with that. I didn't care about the video because of the hurricane and how much I enjoy the channel. Either way, the video is pre-filmed and pre-uploaded so the hurricane wouldn't have effected the current work.

My dungeon offers equal opportunity death to all customers. We don't, however, tolerate pansies who think everyone should win at the dungeon. Call me traditional, but what's the point of all of these traps and monsters if everybody gets to the end and gets a trophy? All these newfangled dungeons make me sick.

I can relate to this so much, because every time I play the card game, I have amazing traps in store, but NO heros ever come to my dungeon, and I'm left a spectator of the rest of the game... Anyway, I really like this video, keep up the good work!

The funny thing is, this applies to so much more than just Dark Souls. You could make the exact same point for Tomb of Horrors from D&D, or Darkest Dungeon, or pretty much any of the Roguelike Dungeon Crawlers
