We’ll take you on our first ride along with some new mods. Rear gear 3.73 stock, CJ Cams with Boss heads with improved flow. Lastly our custom side pipes are pumping out the sound.
And dont forget the cobra jet v2 intake manifold! It will be a different beast! I cant wait to see everything installed! Do you think the manfiold will be installed closer to spring? Or will this be a project during the winter? Theres really not much invloved with the install. @@CoyoteProductionsBoss302
@@BrandonQuincyI gotta run the Boss intake with the 90 mm and e85 to fully vet out an all Boss build. I want to then track the car to see where it’s at since we have the baseline. I’m going to need 15” slicks to hook this car I know the Mickey Ts I have are not enough. This will be another video after we test with the same rear tire. We’ll do a gear change early to mid summer then add the CJ for the fall. I will have a stage 1 porting from AFR before the install.
Sounds like a great plan Raf as I know your initial goal was to have an all boss build. At least this way you'll be able to enjoy it and acquire some data and do a comparison vs the CJ manifold setup. That would make for some great content right there! Great choice of company to go with for the stage 1 porting! Heard great things about Bret barbers work @ air flow solutions! 👍
No, the trans isn’t even close to a Tremec. The Tremec upscaled the car. It’s a pleasure to drive and it’s fuc__g quiet! I put a 410 in it and it’s crazy fast!
It’s a straight bolt in, however, you will need the Bowler’s signal converter from digital to analog. The installer pinned the factory connector to work so it can be easily disconnected. The trans favors the left side and I had to grind out the inner trim, I did a video on it. The problem is the shifter rubs the left side when going into first. I have heard some guys will shim the trans downward which is a better option for clearance. Washers are used to shim.
LT X Pipe to Borla over the axle pipes and mufflers are MBRP Installer series. But what you are hearing is a set of custom side pipes we made and will be offering for retail in a few months. Follow the channel and my IG Coyotes North to stay updated. There’s a couple videos around the pipes.
