personally i've very excited. i've been a fan of the celtics for 21 years. since i was 24 years old. i've been with them forever. they are my team. through thick and thin. these are three veterans in their prime. not washed up people like dominique or gp. they were great in their boston tenure but they were not at their peak when they were here in beantown like THE THREE HEADED MONSTER!!
I bet Boston goes after GP. If they can add him, this would be such a veteran team of experience and knowlege, not to mention their talents. As a Sonic fan I would love to see GP and Ray on the same team. I'd order the nba package and forget about the Sonics(for this year).
Actually, he traded one aging all star for 3 decent players with room for improvement. KG is maxed out, rather than keeping him and letting him age in a team that isn't going anywhere, why not trade him for youth? It was actually beneficial to both teams. Now the Celtics finally have a shot at winning and the Twolves can develope thier new roster for the future.
