Christ, Johnny really nailed the part. Shows how versatile he is as an actor and one of the best of our generation. If you don't look directly at George's face and listen to his voice, you hear and see depp. Insane. What a legend Boston George is. Rest in peace my friend. You gave us some of the most beautiful one liners ever and some of the best life advice.

The movie is super fake compared to what actually happened. It is a good movie but George could have borrowed money to get to his money and never gone back to prison but intentionally refused.
So in the end, was it worth it? Jesus Christ. How irreparably changed my life has become. It's always the last day of summer and I've been left out in the cold with no door to get back in. I'll grant you I've had more than my share of poignant moments. Life passes most people by while they're making grand plans for it. Throughout my lifetime, I've left pieces of my heart here and there. And now, there's almost not enough to stay alive. But I force a smile, knowing that my ambition far exceeded my talent. There are no more white horses or pretty ladies at my door. Feel like a lot ppl can relate to this quote ...

I met Boston Goerge Jung right after he got out after 20 years in Federal Prison. We hung out at breaks after his on camera interview. George told amazing stories had a very firm handshake a real guy you would not mess with. RIP Boston George Jung.

RIP Boston George. I can't believe he passed away. I literally was just talking about him and decided to look him up. Thank God he got to live his life after his sentence. He is one of kind Funny as hell guy
This guy has more wisdom than a whole college full of professors. I can always tell the difference between someone that is smart because they are gifted at reading and comprehension, and someone that is smart because theyve lived life, and my momma always said Life teaches the best lessons. This man has been to the end and back. He has lost more than any 10people combined will ever have. Hes picked himself up by the bootstraps all to lose it and more again. There is great wisdom in winning, and even greater wisdom in losing. Rarely does someone live through all that to be able and make sense of it all. George needs to write a book. Atlanta Georgia, 1984, there were 3 nightclubs that had 24 hour liquor licenses. And they were open 24x7 year round. One was called The Saint, on Cheshire Bridge Rd. It was owned/controlled by strong associates of the Gambino family. Good sized club. Dance floor, restaurant, and several private dark rooms the size of a standard den in a family home. We would lay out lines on the glass top tables. One night, the manager and I were sitting just tooting and talking, when he said to me, "look, there's Boston George!" At that time I had no clue. My friend explained the best he could. No talk of Pablo, but he did say George is up at the top of the ladder. Oblt saw him that once. When "Blow" was released, I remembered that night.
What do the fuck you get out of telling bullshit story , George jung was in Walpole state prison in 84 serving 3 years for a kilo of blow , for introducing my uncle to this rat name ''bart that was a informant for the state police , GJ , Left that boot camp to hitch a ride to florida to set me up 1985 , then he turn on carlos ledher in 87 in Jacksonville , florida got out with 4 years , Boston bullshit running concurrent with 85 bust , then he got busted with some stupid Mexican in 92 , that when the judge said enough of this George career criminal , gave him 20 , today .

@@WelderRDT Not to fingerpoint but it's sad that George had access to millions of dollars according to what he has said and yet his long time partner is homeless...BTW from what I know of this situation she was injured badly in a Car "Accident " in 2018 which permanently left her unable to work...apparently she's had issues with getting her disability and there's been questions raised regarding the insurance payout from the Car "Accident " she was almost killed in??!! It's been rumored that she received aprox 40k while "unnamed powerful associates close to her made few million. Let me say again that George didn't necessarily have any knowledge of this but it's really shameful that she couldn't afford proper medical care so she has chronic pain and she "lost" everything she owned including her vehicle which means she walks everywhere...injured as she is. Praying for her to get blessed as she's been through hell and deserves a break. God bless George as well & his children are always in my thoughts and prayers. Love to all. I used to be a waiter for IHOP In the rio grande valley, Texas around 16’ and crazy enough Boston George was there eating one late night like around 12am, I approached him and payed my respects to him, he’s a pretty cool dude, He can really make u laugh.

George Jung would be more like one of those guys that owns a few Ford dealerships in a large city. Just like Ford has many dealerships, Pablo had many guys working for him other than just Jung, even if Jung was one of the more prominent ones.
if you want to be that anal about...it was actually OCHOA who was the real boss.. escobar was your first(shop window) celeb drug dealer..but the old fat cowboy was the main man.
