Botched Lipo suction/ lumps unevenness and scarring. Yes, I have regrets! 

Hi Sis....I had smart lipo done 12 years ago on my lower abdomen when it was fairly new....one thing I can tell you is it takes time to see your full results........it really can be up to 6 months to really see how your body has changed. Additionally one really has to taper their expectations......I just had inner thigh liop done 5 days ago...under local (smart lipo)...and my doctor said the messages are not necessary but can be optional....but what is not optional is the wearing consistently of the medical grade compression Garment.......I was advised to wear my garment at least 22 hours a day for the first 2 weeks...then at least 12 hours a day up to the next 3 months........additionally, if the garment is getting loose to go down a size to keep the compression in check........and to be patient.........the body heals very slowly from liposuction and to be realistic about results which may not be fully seen for up to 6 months to a year...........and FYI I am a Nurse Practitioner....

I think you look great!! You have to give it some time. Lipo is not a 123 thing you gotta put in the work while you are healing. You just had something traumatic done to your body so that swelling will be there for a long time I have heard. I got my consultation done last month and surgery day is coming up for safe lipo and I am excited. I have been listening to different ppl and finding out what to do for after care. Get you a massager on Amazon for the lumps and bio oil for scars. Keep your faja on as much as possible. You bout to look good sis don’t trip you got this!!

Few things, definitely need and should be getting massages, wearing the faja up to 3 months. I’m going through the same thing and it’s a slow process, but it does matter. Trust me! You still look good sis!

I think you look great. I would like to see your before, Bec what you showed here was not showing exactly how big it was before surgery. it takes a year and you need to do massages. I will be doing mine in 2 weeks. she told me if I want to be flat flat to do a tummy tuck.. i would be just fine if I end up with your results. my gut is big right now. good luck and thanks for sharing

I am 3 weeks Post Op my lower abdomen is still hard. I had Smart Lipo. For the most part. I think you did a great job. I am really hard in the abdomen area. I keep my Faja on for 22 hours drink plenty of water and try to eat very healthy no fried food and I do not drink any alcohol, I’m just waiting for him to release me so I can go to the gym. At the end of the day you have to do your research I research my doctor for a year and a half before I decided to go to him and I ask him several questions. He has a great bedside manner, and I think that’s what wanted to go with him. He’s old school as well but you do look amazing and I understand your concerns.

You look nice,I’m sorry you didn’t get the results you we’re expecting. I think buy you not getting the professional massages right after the surgery plays a huge part in your results.I was shock when he told you,you can do it yourself.I’ve been researching lipo for years and that’s was the first time I ever heard of a doctor saying that.

I'm sorry if you answered this but did you get massages? Mu understanding is that the lumps are due to not getting massages. I've been to 3 consultation and they don't discuss that. Also maybe in a couple of months the lumpiness will get better. I heard 4 months is when things really improve. Don't give up yet

The post op results will be fully seen at a minimum of 6 months. Regardless of what you paid and when your birthday is, you have to be realistic, this is an invasive procedure and takes time to heal. Have you posted a video of 6-12 months after ? It sounds like you didn't do the research and had some unrealistic expectations but more importantly your doctor didn't go through each and every aspect of the procedure. P. S. If you're going to do cavitation, you might as well just purchase the 40k cavitation and cryo combo machine. You can get one for under $2000. BUT PLEASE DO THE RESEARCH.

Girl I’m pissed. I’m going thru this right now!!! & I went to a dr in beverhills who does this everyday as his most common surgeries. Sucks to go in with an insecurity of having a double chin and wanting to fix it then coming out with asymmetry

You look great. The problem with the poking stomach seems more of a muscle issue related to childbirth (diastasis recti). That fix requires a strict exercise and belly binding regime. Maybe reach out to a trainer who specializes with it for a consult.

I'm so sorry for you but my results are much worse. I have hard tissue scars that look like hills and I was told they will not go away!

Have you considered Miami or Dominican Republic....yes there’s some horror stories but there’s some good doctors that would give you a better result. Also have u considered a tummy tuck it may get u the super flat tummy that you desire.... I’m on the fence about surgery but after having four kids the gym can’t rid me of loose skin and separated muscles.

I think you look really good but I know what you mean you don’t want any kinda skin sticking out. I’ve noticed even my thinnest friends can have that though with tighter clothes. But it bet it is frustrating to feel like you have to still suck in your stomach.

You can’t judge something after a few weeks when it takes 6 months to settle. 1 year for full results. That’s not fat you are poking is swollen skin.

Go back ask 4 your money back and go to goals i love ther work. You be awake so you can tel them what to take away.

Whats the difference between smart lipo and regular lipo i got the regular im 13 days post off my back still feel painful but my stomach is snatched 😍 just gotta use my bio oil for the scaring and stretchmarkd

You need the massages! Its very imp or you wont get the best results. Also what you want you could have achieved with a tummy tuck. Lipo doesnt get rid of loose skin. That looks like after they took the fat out your skin sagged a little in some spots. Which ir normal. But i think the tummy tuck wouldnof given you exactly what you wanted
