Anyway, I remember her words: "A man's body is the most beautiful thing in the world. How can you let yourself look like that?" My curvy coworker in her 50s has basically said she only started dating military men or only guys at the gym because of how sloppy most men in her age bracket look body wise. Rejected all of the guys who approached her even though they’re doctors, lawyers, and other high status professionals.

Here is my recent body game testimony : Yesterday, I had a date with a petite blond woman. For the occasion, I wore a fit black shirt that enhanced my chest really well. In result, I caught her looking many times during our date. As soon as we were heavily kissing, she couldn’t help herself but caressing this part with her both hands. She told me after that it was « instinctive » to her wanting to feel my chest. The men who disregard the body game have never had this kind of experience.

The body game is the great equalizer. If you feel your money isn't where it needs to be or you are on the short side. Getting in shape will give you access to women that are supposed to be out of your league. More importantly get in shape for yourself first. There is nothing better than items that used to be heavy get lighter the more I work out.

I went from 305 lbs to 207 i fluctuate sometimes up to 213 but i always wake up being 207 lbs Any ways from 260lbs to 240lbs i was attracting young skinny women now i attract thick or fat women its crazy lol and most of the time when i go to the store they always let me cut in line,or when i cross the street they wait on purpose just to see me walk You get in shape ,sleep well ,dress nice ,smell good, eat fruits and vegetables and let go of the soda ,i let go of red meat and vibing high and the smell of my sweat has changed drastically since letting go of processed foods, Roms a real ni66a and i respect his content

💯 facts. It starts with you first. If women don’t find you sexually appealing, you must find a way to get in shape. Ultimately it’s your life, health, and temple. Excuses won’t attract what you want in life. Manifest what you want, come up with a plan, then execute your plans through actions. I've been fasting everyday for 20 hours and doing slow and steady cardio and lifting weights and let me tell you women are much nicer and talk more. I see head's turning in cars when walking down the street at work. Finally taking my body game seriously been on my body game ish. Last women I slept with (from daygame) looked just like your guest but had the most insane figure 8 ive ever seen built like nicki Minaj with way bigger boobs and more natural bottom. After 2 dates we had fun the whole night . Tried to set up next date, she ghosted. It hurt. About 2 months ago, when we dated I was in the gym powerlifting but still way over weight. Now, still power lifting, but eating a major caloric deficit, getting 230-300g of protien in everyday, and doing cardio on off days from lifting. Lost 10-15 pounds so far, about 60-70 more to go. Tired of the ghosts and low interest, I have a great frame but a lot of body fat. The pain from her ghosting for a 2nd session, and your videos are the catalyst for change. Thanks for the inspiration. Once I get my peak physique I’ll do a video shouting you out 💪🏽💪🏽

She is SPOT ON about gaining confidence to approach when you’ve put on some muscle. I still freeze up from time to time but I’ve approached more women in the last two weeks than I have in the months prior. I’ve been on more dates after my first year of of working out than I have the last year when I wasn’t working out. I’ve worked out so hard that I’ve brought my 1 rep max on the benchpress to 330! Bro, body game is the solution to low self esteem man I promise you.
