Pretty good. Sub 24 is doable, but with TotK blindfolded I'll be moving on from any% and when I come back to BotW it'll be for All Dungeons. This was 4 seconds off my best plateau so that's pretty solid and then the castle, calamity, and dark beast were all pretty improvable.

Pick up a Switch and play this sometime! It's got an amazing story and keeps you occupied for a while even if you only do the main quests.

That run was around 10 seconds faster than this one if you adjust for the no amiibo time loss (25 off my sum of best compared to 35). So the 23:23 is still a much better run but this one's pretty solid.

I think the peppers are only needed in no amiibo. In amiibo runs he can just eat the amiibo fish.

Yeah, I started doing the windbomb up the cliff after stasis and that requires some food to be able to get to cryo with enough hearts to do the windbomb in the shrine. And like the other reply says, amiibo runs just grab extra fish.

Thanks! I scheduled the upload and went to sleep so either I change the other title and people ask why it's a former wr or people ask why it isn't. I do the same thing with the amiibo runs you just didn't notice before I changed the title.

genuinely asking why the -1.50 second timer, is it to offset something in the run?

@@uwiema Timing starts when we gain control of Link to get rid of loading inconsistencies on the first cutscene but because we need to control Link on that frame we start the timer a bit earlier with an offset so it starts at the right time.

you should do an all dungeon speed run on either totk or botw, try to break the WR of 2:44,25 on totk

I'll be doing AD for botw but I'm not too interested in totk AD since it's quite a bit longer and has a lot of cutscenes. Also the wr is a 2:39:17 by gymnast, my pb is the 2:44:25.

A lot of practice. I've done thousands of attempts so over time I've gotten very good at lining up the camera quickly and when I don't clip out fast enough I start over.

I know there was a channel in the discord for BTT discussion/submissions, but I'm not sure how active it is. I think people were working on it pretty early on but the route was constantly changing so it never finished.
