Boudica's Revolt and the Roman Invasion of Britain (43-60 AD) 

In 43AD, Roman soldiers arrive from Europe to begin their conquest of the British Isles. The rapid pace of troops forces many native British tribes into forced alliances or submissions, one such case being the Iceni people, but with the death of the Iceni king in AD60, their alliance falls apart sparking a massive uprising against the foreign occupiers. This event births the legendary Boudicca and her famous revolt.
