You need to pull that mess of wires off. Restore the OEM wiring. It’s tied into the power for the ECM that controls the pump. It runs for a sec then kills the power.
Hey man this is Detroit Dagwood there should be a fuel shut off switch on the frame close to the gas tank on those years I think they had one and in an accident they'll pop like the old Fords had in the trunk quarter panel go under there it's like a circuit breaker click it and then try to start it
The ecms go bad on these, the part that controls the fueling... that's why a good used one is like 1k. Also hard as the front axle was hit, may have a bent axle housing too. Last one I bought hit that hard, had to replace it.
