Should you RSVP to that birthday party? Is there an appropriate time to click "accept" on that friend request? Is it ever harmful to buy that toy or diaper for a family in need? The nature of our work brings about opportunities to become very closely connected to the families we work with, more so as we enter into the homes of our families. No two relationships are the same, and thusly the line between professional and personal may not be as fixed as we may anticipate. In our conversation, we explore ethical situations that may come up in our work as well as some questions we may consider when it comes to establishing professional boundaries.
