I think both Ryan and Schoolboy are about to level up BIG. Schoolboy working out with the Georgians and Ryan now has an absolute freak to train with (Riekard). Training with the type of force that Riekard uses will be game changing for both Ryan and Lachlan. Great to see that both athletes are on a newer, upward trajectory.

Never ever underestimate your opponent clear example is Levan he trained for the press and Devon thought his wrist is not that level and he will need oxygen mask but he worked on his cardio also although he was the favourite that's commitment!

If you have ever felt like a loser that couldn't accomplish anything take some tips from Bowen. Even when you're out of your league and battling uphill battles that you shouldn't be in... that doesn't mean you can't still find yourself there... But when you do hopefully you're a few degrees less delusional.

Delusional. You fell right into his trap to get the match. If Schoolboy has a goal of being top 10 in the next couple of years, this doesn’t make sense for him. Derek Smith, Corey West, Lachlan, Maatawerangi, would make so much more sense because even a loss would be respectable.
