I hate Bob Arum but i hate what all the promotors have done to boxing.. Fighters careers being carefully guided and the best not fighting.. Say what you will about Dana White but he dominated and makes the best fight the best All the time.

How is Don King not in prison. Not only did he kill 2 people . He robbed boxer Financially and morally. I know Tyson was a grown man, but he created a wedge between Tyson and the team Cus Demato left him with . The ones that put in the tears and sweat before the millions came and loved him as a troubled 12 year old kid and had his best interests at heart. A lot of fighters fought absolute gods of men for chump change & don king would make you a million fighting just about anyone if you were in his stable. The second Ali Quarry fight took place in June or July of 1972. Ali's purse of $5 million was for the Foreman fight which took place in October 1974 in Zaire Africa. Ali had already fought and defeated Quarry 2 years earlier. Don King was Ernie Shaver's bucket man back in 1972 working with Richie Gicghetti (spelling) . These date's offered by Arum and the circumstances are in doubt.

Don King, one of the nicest, sweetest and genuine men in boxing. his life story is so inspiring. people back then had to work for their money. kids don't know what hard work is these days. they just want instant gratification and money.
