This guy knows how to teach. No flashy cuts, no "retention editing". Just pure info and demonstrations of mechanics beginners would want to know (like the cross alignment which I hadn't seen before).
Out here in SD where I am , a person will spend on average of $150 a month for years and never experience this type of explanation, but we get it for free . This is Gold!
Just shadow boxing whilst watching this left my stance feeling better, I finally understand how to use that rotation and my punches feel so much better. Thank you
I've started muay thai a month ago, and thanks to that video know I can do my shadow work and combinations so much better. Really detailed and well explained. Thanks!
I'm only 2 minutes in and i know this will be a great video. I've seen some of your videos before and they are very impressive. I'm always asking my coach questions about mechanics/technique, so it's good to see a video which explains that with helpful cues.
Thank you Sir! Truely remarkable form and technique, easily the most helpful and no non sense video, I saw a bunch of other videos that have a lot of jazz and dips in the knee. But as a beginner I just ended hurting my knuckles. I really needed this video. Much Love and Respect from India. Sub for Life!
We need a full in depth tutorial about the uppercut : it's mechanics, when to execute it & how to set it up to land it. That would be a great thing to do especially that People tend to talk more about the lead hook in detail ignoring the uppercut a little bit.
Very solid advice. The bent wrist worries me a little bit, I always try to keep everything straight. One common mistake could have been addressed with jabs and crosses, that is the flaring of the elbows.
I personally think it would be better to not push the jab with the shoulder cuz it telegraphs it more, I only use it when I want a little more strenght in my jabs
been 2 weeks for me i started box and burn type of workouts daily, trained with 2 different coaches already, they taught me the movements and stuff but now it makes more sense and i actually learned better, thank you nice video and great way of teaching
I'm just starting from home ....i should practice each punch seperately or together... like 2 days i should practice jabs...amd then 2 days cross and so on??
