How many calories does boxing burn? In this boxing routine for beginners or people who want to boxing as a form of cardio to lose weight, we use a heart rate meter to figure out how many calories are burned from doing a quick boxing session!
The training is 6 rounds of boxing that can be done in 1 minute, 2 or 3 minutes depending on how challenging you want to do the cardio circuit!
Round one: jump rope as a boxer
round two: jump rope intense
third round shadow boxing and footwork
fourth round boxing bag combination jab, step back, jab and cross
5th round combination in costal: double jab, step back, jab, cross, upper, cross
sixth round: can do the speed bag or double end bag
