I'm so glad you realized this on camera for all of us to see that we're not the only ones. I hope ipsy reps are watching your videos and hopefully getting a clue. Ipsy has definitely gotten beside themselves and have been down right reckless whether it be missing items to damaged item. And yet they keep raising the prices for their services

I have had several issues with getting the absolute wrong foundation shade in two boxes, complained and finally got a foundation in my correct shade but had a missing item - they did finally send the missing item but it makes me mad. Also, subbing all the products that Ipsy selected were subbed for a much lower box total than promised.

No Way!!!! Contact them and tell them you didn't get the item you picked---ie the palette! Not only that, you received 2 mascaras---Do not let them slide on this---If an item has to be replaced, you should receive an email as well as a note in your box----They are counting on people not noticing----Very frustrating---One of the many reasons I cancelled---that and the lack of high end products---I was tired of eye liners, lip glosses and serums. Ipsy never came up to the level of Boxy---Please please contact them and get your palette!

I had Boxycharm for many years. Once Ipsy took over I wasn’t happy with my box’s. When they totally skipped a month that I had 3 months paid for is when I finally cancelled. After seeing this box I’m happy I no longer have a subscription.

The same thing happened to me, I did not get one of my products but got a duplicate of one. I contacted them, and they were very friendly and sent me the product I was missing right away, so I would suggest you do the same. As for the eye serum, looks full size to me! Since it's eye, don't need alot, and think of all the eye serums that come in tubes, they are full size and yet way smaller than that one!

I think we are all used to too big packaging and the Feel product looks like a mini! Ipsy is pretty good about fixing issues. Hopefully they still have the palette they can send you.

The Feel serum is a small bottle but WORKS SO AWESOME & I'm picky!! I have dry skin, black heads, large pores texture & occasional pimples like right now. This stuff smooths, plumps & healed 2 large pimples I had in 2 uses! It's also very hydrating & use a little, not under your eyes because of the lactic acid. I think you're going to love it!!! Email Ipsy for your Ace beaute palette because it's awesome too!! Luv you Hun 🤗❤️🙏

My box was so jostled that my Kvossnyc highlighter was a crumbled mess, my Briogeo was leaking and my JLo serum cap was completely off. Packaging it correctly would save them so much $$$$.

I had an issue with my boost this month. It wasn’t in my customization, but I went ahead and made my selections and then messaged them. Just so you know, they say they can’t fix the issue once you’ve customized, so I missed out this month. Unfortunately, it’s not the first time I didn’t get my boost either. BTW - I wasn’t impressed with the lip gloss either 🤷🏻‍♀️ Thanks for your honest take ☺️

Regarding the pallet, just like you said, I think that they did run out of them. Also, they really should have notified you at the very least. Can’t believe that there was no packaging for the products. Funny Boxy Charm box! 🦋

I like Glow Recipe packaging & the products all smell amazing, however they all contain fragrance, i struggle with redness & fragrance in any skincare i try & stear clear of. Still the most exciting item in the box. I think its tacky they didn't include some sort of bubble wrap, it wouldn't cost them that much & would help prevent damages. The fact they didnt reach out to you about the palette is tacky customer service.

Are you sure the Pat McGrath was not a points item. It was a choice for that a month or so ago. It’s a good mascara. I have it and the pallets you didn’t get. It was a power pick for the Boxycharm by Ipsy in February, I’d contact them to see if they still have the pallet they can send.

Syd, most serums are one ounce or 30 ml, so its most likely a full size product.

I haven't even received my June box yet!!! I even purchased $50 in add on's so they collected $100 from me. I received my April in May no May and now I haven't even received June yet and it's June 21st! I've been getting my box by the 16th since 2015 when I first started getting Lost and BoxyCharm. WTH is going on with them?

Sydney, I too was disappointed with my June box. Out of my 5 items, I only liked one and it was one Boxycharm picked for me. I was underwhelmed by choices for my 3 picks and just picked whatever seemed best. I agree that the past boxes this year have been really good. I am looking forward to July's box too!!! Keeping fingers crossed!

I'm still waiting for my June Glambag and Add-ons. Ipsy shipping to Canada is so unpredictable. I waited once for 2.5 months to receive my item. Their tracking either Canada Post or DHL often doesn't get updated, and so you have no idea when your order is coming. Ever since Ipsy took over Boxycharm, their shipping is so unconsistent. Their refund process is pretty good, but i would rather get my products. Temu is faster than Ipsy, and their products are coming from overseas.

That’s a shame that you didn’t get your palette! I already had that palette so I didn’t chose it. It’s very nice though. I’m wondering if they have some new people in their warehouse. My bag came to me this month totally open and I had a bunch of add ons! Thankfully, nothing was missing. It was double bagged, though, which is probably what saved the day. A few months ago, they totally messed up my bag order, leaving out my Goldfaden serum and giving me instead a blue mascara! Also, I had bought a bag with brushes and most of the brushes were missing. I contacted them right away and they had refunded me for the brushes and also mailed the Goldfaden serum to me, providing tracking number, WITHIN THE HOUR! So, they do seem to need to step up their game, but you can’t get better customer service!

Our boxes are almost identical to include the Glow Recipe Beauty Boost. I have aged out and gave the Glow Recipe to my 38 year old Daughter. Yes, I used to love the brand. Thankfully, I didn’t receive 2 mascaras. Yes, I love receiving fresh mascara too. I chose BRIOGEO HAIR CARE leave on conditioner with UV protection. Yes, I gave this item to my Daughter. The lipglosses? I didn’t even take them out of the packaging. Why? Juvenile item. I gifted him to my 12-year-old Granddaughter…

Laura Geller lash primer is amazing. The mascara is not. I haven't tried that one but the other one I tried sucks. The baked highlight has to be a good 8 years ago. I do not like that they use huge boxes when sometimes there's like hardly anything in it.. like.. use a small box so it doesn't flop around. From what I hear the fenty perfume is DISGUSTING. Feel is an excellent brand. Most skincare like serum, oil, moisturizer is usually an oz.. its usually in larger packaging thats all.

I think the Boxycharm/Ipsy boxes are not as good as the old Boxycharm. I have received boxes exactly like yours, with no protective packing materials. I’ve had more than half of the things broken, and when I reached out to let Ipsy know, they said they were sold out of the items. I love receiving makeup subscription boxes and that is the ONLY reason why I have kept it, but I’m starting to think it may be time to cancel. And it makes me sad!

Last month with an Ipsy shop order instead of sending the highlighter brush I ordered they sent false eyelashes (which I NEVER wear). When I contacted them they apologized but said now the brush was out of stock so they gave me a refund. I went right back into the Ipsy shop where the brush was still on offer & ordered 2 of them which arrived no problem. Don’t really understand their logic sometimes!

Your June box went about like my May box. My May box was missing the palette they picked for me and it was also missing the Kayali perfume that was one of my picks. There were 5 items in the box because of add ons (Tatcha!). I contacted Ipsy and they sent items to complete the order but my disappointment and dissatisfaction continued. They did send the palette they had picked for me (that I was not particularly excited about) but instead of the Kayali perfume they sent another palette. There had been a note they might substitute if my picks were unavailable but they sub a lower value eye quad for a perfume? Fail!

I’ve been with Ipsy & Boxycharm since they came out many years ago. I just cancelled my Boxycharm last month. Since merge I haven’t got a good box. So I use that $ if I need to buy a product which I hardly ever do. I bought a perfume from Ipsy last month I believe and received something totally different. Got a refund but I wanted the product I ordered. So now now all i receive is the small glam bag. I used to love and look forward to these but these days not so much. I keep watching hoping it’ll get better but not looking so great unfortunately.

I used to be a customer of boxycharm and Ipsy, but I canceled a few months ago. The products are just not exciting like it used to be. 😢 the thing I missed the most was knowing you would get a palette every month. Whether blush, eye, or highlighter. Disappointed in them.

I once picked a pricey retinol cream but they ran out and sent me a mascara that wasn’t even in the choices or items that could have been in the boxes that month. They wouldn’t give me anything as a sorry. An email would have been nice. Their customer service has really gone downhill. I once ordered a bunch of products in a mega shop, waited almost a month for the delivery, and it was nail polishes that weren’t what I picked at all and all the rest of my products weee straight up missing. 2 were giant perfume sets by Kensie. I had to contact them for a refund. Why wouldn’t they do that before even shipping stuff I didn’t order? Crazy. Anyway lmao

I think the best things in the box are the FAB moisturizer with sunscreen, the Pat McGrath mascara, and the Glow Recipe pomegranate peptide firming serum. The other ones seem like just placement fillers.

I would contact Ipsy to get them to send you the pallet as you ordered. This is the reason that I cancelled my Ipsy subscription; they kept on leaving thing out of my boxes and/or switched out products without letting me know and asking my permission to do so.

Poor choice of words… Ipsy will never ask permission. 😂 I remember they used to send us an email and give us a little credit to shop with if they were unable to honor their picks or our choices. Points expire now and rating our items to settle for sample sizes is a joke.

I didn't receive my choice item in my box last month and communicating with them is like talking to a wall. They copy and paste their emails and do not answer actual questions. Very disappointed

Same thing happened to me. I didn't get kayali perfume and they did not put anything instead. I contacted them and they told me that they would send the perfume to me once it is available. So they did...they sent me a cheap made in China eyeshadow quad, the one you could get for 2 bucks on aliexpress. I was really mad, cause the only thing I really wanted that month was the perfume. Eventually they sent me my perfume. So apparently I am not the only one

items have been turning up missing and sometimes they place something else in there. I think its the packers they are stealing stuff and sometimes putting something else in there to try to cover it up. They hope you like the product they sent you and hope you dont report it having missing items. I have reported this to ipsy but it is still happening. It is very irratating. It seems to happen with more expensive or sought after products. fill out a report and they will send it or give you some money back. last i checked they were selling the ace beauty product for 12$ in the shop

The Feel product is full size. I thought I got jipped too. I went to the website and was glad it was actually full sized. Seems like I have to contact customer care every month because something is amiss or busted. So glad I didnt have to this month.
