He is always very articulate in his interviews with a great sense of humour. Don't know any other popstars who can hold a candle to him when it comes to interviews originality and pure talent.
love the way he speaks...and he had such a unique style. so cool. how did he design his make up? the culture club songs were great too. where are creative stars like him nowadays?
Well, gotta keep in mind that prior to Culture Club, George was part of the club scene which at the time, it was fashionable to wear whatever outlandish stuff u can find, almost a very counter-culture attitude.
he is so good looking i really wish he didnt go to new york in 2006 and i wish he stayed of drugs luv it tho its luvly to see him so bubbly luv ya georgie x
Boy George is a legend and he will always be a legend. his music cheered me up many times... you can say he is gay, queer or whatever... you can also say that for his music. but I say you are wrong. Boy George could not be put under any genre... he IS his own genre.
Seems like a really dude. Can't say I've ever watched an interview with someone as genuine as Boy George. And really, who cares if he's gay or not, or if he's a bit flamboyant, it's the nature of someone's character that counts.
Their old stuff will always be true classics but as a huge fan myself I always look forward to hearing new songs n that because my opinion is you ain't really a fan if you only appreciate the old stuff.
@@stevengriffith436 I never saw him as a cartoon character. I saw him as proof that you can look and dress how you want. At a very young age I wanted long hair, earrings and makeup. Mom would tell me boys are not allowed to dress like this. I would argue that people could dress how they want. One day I saw George on MTV and I knew for fact I was right. Couple years later I'm 12 yrs old, and from that point on, no longer let my mother or anyone else tell me I had to dress a certain way. Now who I saw as clowns, gimmick, was Kiss. George on the other hands was just a beautiful person who showed me I can dress how I feel. Then again, not all kids think the same way. Maybe some kid out there thought he was a cartoon.
@@sarys73 couldn't that be considered grooming on the 80s? We considered it no different then peewee Herman's act. Considering about 20 years later he went to prison for chaining up a male prostitute. I'm glad we grew knowing right from wrong. Sorry about your mom not being able to teach that. It was obviously just fade for him he doesn't do it anymore and he mentioned he regretted that style.
@@sarys73 also it show low self esteem. They see dress like a character to hide them selves then they end up being the character themselves like an alter ego.
aww look at boy george!! he is soo amazing!! i LOVE this video SOO MUCH!!! he is so nice and he makes real good interviews! the culture club was awesome!! i wish they were the same but i still love boy george anyway! hahaha :D he is really cool and sweet in this interview i would so goo back in the 80's and make a doll for him! a real good one so he can put it in his collections! that would make me exstatic!! BOY GEORGE/PETE BURNS=VERRRRRRRRYYYYYYY COOOOOOOLLLLLLLLLL!!!!!!!
oh my god :o i'm like fourteen.. and I never knew about this guy, not til english class two days ago. we watched his video "karma chameleon". i'm seriously facinated! and he is so ****** cute :o wooow! i love him? xD he's soooooo cool!
What does it matter if he's gay? As you all can tell from the first two minutes of the interview is that he is a caring guy who respects his fans. Although, I do question his fashion sense, even for the 80's.
very nice interview without sound :-/ they have their arse full of money, but they need more & more & much more... thx WMG for this interview without sound...
Love George. He's so cool. But I was just wondering... What happened to his hair? Did he go bald or shave it off? The tats he's got on his head now a cool too, but it's not the same.
i've got mixed feelings about boy george. i've on heard the song karma and i think if i hadn't seen his image i would love him. can someone reply to me and help me out about what to think?
