I was going to recommend this, too. Felix said he was troubled by his natural thick low voice and the pretty voice he learned at work. But I think he's making good use of his various voices now.
Funny you bring up Ryan Reynolds . After Stray Kids did a cover of Black Pink Ddu Ddu Ddu (on Kingdom Legendary War) themed as Deadpool, Stray Kids and Ryan kinda became besties :D Ryan is a fan of them (ofc they are huge fans of Ryan aswell) and often post stories on insta about them, especially about Bang Chan (happy birthdays etc.) , and they send each other gifts :D
At this point, you guys should react to 2023 introduction to Stray kids guide,it’s pretty long but we are very happy to see you guys know more about the kids!
Okay, so I know you guys love to react to their MV's because it gives you inspiration and stuff, but REALLY you should also check out their stage performances from the show Kingdom -- a competition show that has several k-pop groups competing. They have to do things like new mixes of songs, or performing another group's song, and there are ICONIC performances on this show, not just from SKz, but from other groups as well. There are two versions on YT of every stage: one regular, and one from the show that includes clips of the other groups reacting backstage. I strongly recommend the versions that include the groups reacting. 1. Sometimes the camera work for the regular version is kind of odd and distant, and 2. It's SO neat seeing them all react to one another. Stray Kids' pure joy at watching BTOB perform one of their songs is the BEST, for example. But, some specific stages you should check out include: STRAY KIDS (Kingdom version): God's Menu+Side Effects, I'll Be Your Man, God's DDu Du DDu Du; BTOB (Kingdom): Back Door by Stray Kids; ATEEZ: Wonderland + Symphony #9.
"She toxic." Not quite. As with previous videos, your assumption of and insertion of "she" into their meaning is inaccurate. No gender is specified -- only two songs in the discography mention a gender for the non-SKZ person being sung about. Some of us have already mentioned in other reactions that this is a very deliberate choice for inclusiveness by SKZ, one that's a significant aspect of their ethos of acceptance, one we respect both because it's considerate of listeners _and_ considerate of the SKZ members, since it avoids making assumptions about their own orientations/identities. Fwiw, we also are pretty sure this song is about their relationship with the toxic industry, not a romantic partner. But regardless, no gender is mentioned or implied.
It’s funny because a lot of male reactors talk about Felix and Hyunjin or all of them being beautiful or handsome men, and they’re all straight. It’s okay to think they’re beautiful.Stays are right there with ya lol.
12:34 that's Hyunjin! A brilliant dancer, performer and has a unique rapping tone~ And he is so handsome... Recently he became a global ambassador for Versace
I suggest you two watch the 2022 MAMA awards performance of theirs were they combined Venom and Manic. You will not be disappointed, well aside from some not so good camera work 🤷♀ Now you might have issues with YT because it is MNET but seeing as it's about a year old you might not, if it blocks the video you can either black out the station signs or put it to a patreon.
Love your reaction to Felix, please react to deep end by Felix his voice is wonderful. Btw the song that you asked is Come on by Got7, one of my favorite 😊
🩵👑Felix has insane vocal skills, his vocal range is crazy. You would love to see his unreleased new solo “Rev it Up” and ofc, you should check his solo “Deep End” inspired by movie “Bridge to Terabithia”. Felix is endless talented brilliant guy. Also, he is Louis Vuitton ambassador and recently was invited by Pharrell Williams for his new fashion show. And he was chosen as first ever 4th gen idol for MOTY ( MEN OF THE YEAR 2023🎉🏆) Phenomenal guy with a pure soul and divine beauty !🩵💎
More Stray Kids! 🎉 Now that you’ve appreciated Felix’s voice- I think you should check out some of their more vocal heavy songs too, just to see what they can do. Neverending Story, Secret Secret, Sorry I Love You. Or their FIRST TAKE performances, like Scars, Slump, or Mixtape:OH. They can rap, sing, dance, produce, and are straight up comedians when they are just hanging out. Stay will happily help you with more recommendations, just ask. And… Green Goblin.
Felix is not the strongest singer in the group but 3racha (Bang Chan, Changbin and Han), the in-house producing team, really know how to use what he can do to maximum effect. Not enough people who are singers themselves do reaction videos so I’d love to hear y’all comment on their vocal techniques
Yeah, no, I side-eyed for the unnecessary "no homo" too. The majority of the fandom is queer; we're unbothered by homo and by simply appreciating beautiful aesthetics with no implied attraction. But also, it's called the Felix Effect. Everyone, regardless of orientation, gets a pass on Felix. He does four-part/five-part harmony with himself on his solo track "Deep End." This compilation video is several years old. His voice and vocal control have grown immensely since this was made.
Adding on to this: Most of their songs don't reference the gender of the person they have feelings for. "Airplane" and "There" reference a girl and I can't think of any others. Most of the time it's "babe" and "you" so their songs are more inclusive. They omitted "Girl" from their performance of BTOB's "I'll Be Your Man" on Kingdom as well (and made their own storyline in the process). Edit: I didn't see your additional comment already talking about this! But I'll leave mine to support yours!
@@valkyrieuprise5821 -- I was toying with including 3racha's "Wow," but it was released in Feb 2017 (pre-survival show). So, I left it out 😆 But yeah, that was the only other one that came to mind! (Not to be confused by Danceracha's "Wow" which I believe was released in 2020?)
