Women are women and do have pain associated with specific "female issues"... As men also do in fact have "male-related pain issues." Would it be fair or right for me to suggest that "All Females should have to try this?" (Blue-Ball pain) AKA... (epididymal hypertension/vasocongestion)? or at least ten other very painful "male-related'", specific to the male genitalia area? For some reason, I do get the impression that some people (females) in this case, feel as though they and only they are subject to severe pain. 'Period pain' and childbirth pain... and want men to feel what they're potentially feeling. For the record, I've heard on more than 3 separate occasions that some women would much rather go thru childbirth instead of having a migraine headache. To me, that's saying a lot.

@@cozmicknight7704 I get what your saying, but women saying that “all men need to try this” doesn’t equate to “all women should try being kicked in the balls”.. Women suffer worse than ball pain. Ball pain doesn’t last as long as childbirth (40 to 365 days depending on the woman) or menstrual cycles (Which last until the ages 40-50;

I never had a problem with the 'ofn' video in itself... a lot of the comments were the complete opposite of 'good fun' and that's what I took issue with. Now you're claiming two separate things into one, the video I agree was fun to watch, and most likely fun to do as well, but then you throw in a generalization of "most men claim period cramps aren't that bad." Men could NEVER deal with actual period pains. When they are bad like Candi said it feel like stabbing. Pretty much 🤷🏻‍♀️ just sharp pain in the lower abdomen.

@@Owen004 but that is besides the point. I just don’t think that men could handle the annoyances and pains that come with periods. Especially when you are working or doing something important and you get those stabbing cramps in the lower abdomen. 🤷🏻‍♀️ women just have to keep on going and pretend like it doesn’t bother them. And let’s not even talk about all the clothes that guys would ruin because they didn’t know how to wash 🧼 them properly😂

My period cramps goes all the way down to the legs :) Once I was standing in the subway (I was obviously sitting, but a pregnant woman came in and I gave her my seat) and start CRYING, had to put myself in a fetal position and a woman, thank god she understood, let me her seat. Literally crying. And tat was not the only time I cryed of period cramps. :) Another time I was in University class. Awful time, but I could't go out to the bathroom, because, first, it wouldn't make the pain go away, and second, it was important that I attended that class (tests were near). It's a scientific fact that women bear pain better than men. It's not that we don't feel it, we do feel it, but we are genetically designed to bear it because, well, we have to get labour. If we weren't designed to bear pain, we couldn't push, we'd pass out, and children along millenia would have died inside us. :) So, evolution one more time.

Contractions are technically the same as period cramps. Depend on how bad your period is. But usually pregnancy cramps are more painful

Please any kids out there don't do this ...at high levels and depending on the unit you buy, it can be harmful.....and anyone who has a pacemaker or other internal medical device should not do this....I didn't look at the description, but I hope there is a disclaimer, This unit is only meant to be used at a certain level, enough to feel a comfortable tingle and for just a certain amount of time....used to treat pain, not cause it.

I get the WORST cramps, my doctor told me what I was experiencing during my periods is the same pain women experience when having bad contractions. Honestly I don't know how to even handle them.

Oh i feel you. I have really really bad cramps to and what helps me, sometimes is: I put a warm towel, rolled up under my lower back, this way it's getting stretched a bit and it reliefs the pain for a bit. If you drink alot of water, it can cut of you're period earlier. Lay in the fetus position, it helps to relief pain in the lower back. Push on you're hip bones, with you're hands that way it helps to relief pain in the lower stomach. If you're legs hurt, put a towel or pillow under you're thighs, or calves, depends on where they are hurting. If you're stomach is upset you can drink camomile tea. If you're head hurts, put a cold towel on you're head or put a dry towel on you're head, take a bottel with cold water (not too cold) and let it rins through the towel slowly. I'm pretty sure you already heard/tried most of it but i hope that i coud somehow tell you something new. 😊

Severe cramps are actually contractions of sorts. I've always had severe cramps even down my right leg. They wake me up out of a deep sleep and keep me in excruciating pain and I was researching why they hurt so bad. It actually is your muscles contracting.

All period cramps are different, my pre menstrual cramps are the worst thing in the world, i have a really high pain tolerance too, i can take alot of pain, idk if its like normal but it hurts so bad to where i cannot move i have to cross my legs and lay on my bed super stiff it feels like someones taking 10 knives and stabbing me over and over and ripping me apart down there its so severe i start to cry, i cant even move to get my pain medicine its so bad so i have to just wait it out until i can move again.

Yes, man's voice off camera, TENS is not a product invented to make people feel what menstrual cramps are like. TENS is good for injury rehab as it keeps the muscles from total atrophy. At least, my NCAA athlete cousin used one for ACL (or similar) tear rehab.

I have them so painful I often puke multiple times, writhe vigorously and scream in abysmal pain (as if I'm giving birth) for like 8 to 9 hours (to the point of losing weight), hyperventilate almost to death, can't eat/drink or budge for a day, have the pain radiating through my legs (it's kind of like a poisonous chemical writhing through my veins) and my heart, get diarrhea, lose consciousness because my brain can't process the pain, and the worst of all: often have to get injected with sometimes stinging SEDATIVES that gradually dismantle my kidneys (because pills don't work or make me puke). yes, the pain is that severe, that I've toppled the bedside table once. I've been almost hospitalized once, but there's nothing wrong with me. P.S. That's kind of what makes me a girl. Our pains and struggles shape us into who we are. And to the guy who said that it's less than that in real life, I don't even know how to respond to you.

If the guys have to go through periods in real then their reaction and suffering will be the same as girls. So this proves that Both genders are equally strong. And girls are not weaker than men. Because pain tolerance is irrespective of the gender and depends on person to person. But Only women have to go through this problem. Since it is given by nature, we can't fight nature, but the best thing which we can do is to support a girl in her periods and don't make it a taboo. BOTH genders have their own problems and instead of fighting that who suffers more what we can do is support them in their tough time. Equal respect for all. No offence.❤️❤️

Don’t worry if you haven’t gotten it yet, girls start their periods at different ages. But if you’re concerned tell your doctor :)

@@bethanygilbert-king5601 that’s not true. Everyone is different and gets their period at different ages. If someone’s mom got hers at 13 that doesn’t mean her daughter will too.
