I'm 2 weeks post op. My dr said absolutely no gym, nothing that raises my heart rate because the blood vessels were cauterized for surgery and raising the heart rate and cause them to bleed. Bleeding can lead to a hematoma around the implant. He said in a month I can start with light cardio

Thanks for sharing😘.I have over or top the muscle. Silicone. I lift weights (light) after 3 weeks. My surgeon said I can climb the mountain after two weeks lol 😂

what weight were you squating on the smith machine? Im not allowed lift more than 10kg for 12 weeks and im wondering would it be ok to have heavier than that for squats?

I have one implant that just hasn't dropped as much. Would exercising help release it or make it worse? I'm 7 months post op. Anything to help me not spend another $2000 I'm silicone, under muscle

I am 9 weeks out and my doc says I still cannot do any exercise that involved chest/pecs..what CAN I do for upper body arms, shoulders, triceps?????

I like to workout, but I have never worn a sports bra before because even the smallest ones where too big for me :S so I used to wear just normal ones. Now I suppose I'll have to wear a sports bras to workout. How do you do it? When you wear a sports bra : do you wear something under it? do you put on a normal bra + a sports bra? or do you wear a sports bra alone?. Thank you very much! :)

Under the muscle for body builders is not the best choice because you work your muscles which squeeze the implants and increases the risk of rupture by A LOT, its almost a guarantee they won’t last as long under compared to on top of the muscle if you build muscle. This doctor really didn’t go through everything like he should have. If you work out make sure you really do detailed research before you see a doctor and definitely see more then one

It’s going to depend on your structure to begin with. You can ask your doctor how they would look on your body. It’s normal to want them to sit closer together on your chest

K quick question were you super bloated and retaining water after? My doc told me that since I'm very small and fit that I likely would be, and it's been 12 hours and I'm already totally bloated and puffy. Did this happen to you and did it resolve itself?

+Annie Mishler yesss sooo normal. Took me about 48 hours post surgery and about another 24 once I was off the meds to not be puffy and holding water!

Divine strawberry creature, I watched her video and it honestly shed more light on how unsafe implants are and what’s more, it just made Abby seem more deluded than anything. She got the Ideal implant which literally just got recalled for deflating issues.
