Good 'ol 47473 there, one of the six 47's with curved 7's, done at a certain place during 1988. One i modelled too.

Was the impressive class 47 consist the "Sussex Scot" service?

Hi Mark my Dad was once again when he came for breakfast impressed by your footage said top filming. Like a actor say known for comedy doing a drama I love I keep asking my Dad to photograph planes when he's away instead of trains out of his comfort zone. I'm guessing you and him are both train men not into planes too? Another question I also asked him how does riding a steam train feel to diesel or electric he said it's more earthy like you can feel it more as to the other two I'm guessing it's the same as petrol cars are quieter smoother but diesel to drive is more punchy (hard to describe but anyone who drives will get what I mean) what's your opinion on steam Vs diesel and electric?.

went to aberdeen then ... so we caught the train from brighton to aberdeen ... 13 hrs later we arrived !!... we came back via KX and victoria
