I would think the trailing arm ones no more that 60-70 and the inner ones can't really be more than 30, those are so weak. I could be wrong

From ECS tuning website: Trailing arm mounting bolts are recommended to be replaced every time they are loosened. Please see ES250674 - QTY 4, for replacements (QTY 4 services BOTH braces). Torque to 50 Nm +45°. Center bar nuts are reusable. Torque to 20 Nm.

I'm gonna try to explain it as I understand this. Like many other manufacturers VW intends for their cars to be left stock. Once you start stacking tunes the is more and more junk that gets clogged up in the system. The catch can helps to separate the loose particles that the PVC system can't keep up with. VW doesn't design one because with a stock engine you don't need one.
