Started out as basically a dish washer at BA and worked his way up to be a Test Kitchen Manager. Chefs like you take the fun enjoyment and passion out of the job. Get over your ego.

I wish Brad was my friend. He's truly my personal role model. I want to be as social and easily communicate like Brad. I have autism so it's so difficult, especially because I'm very sensitive. Brad is truly a great person. I've seen him on his bad days and his bad days are my 1 day in a life times I'm feeling good' days. He's inspirational to me because I lack communication and sociability. I can type some what coherently, though. Don't be fooled, I'm socially awkward and a mess IRL in person. Hes a fraud! Watch the video with him and molly making broccoli pasta! All he’s done is go to a chef ~night school a few times a week while everyone else either went to an elite chef school or worked in a restaurant. He’s insecure with his lack of credentials and makes up for it by being rude and pompous and above everything. I’ve seen that personality style before and can spot it immediately
