Nope, it is about Native Americans. It is somewhat offensive. Holding your hand up like that and saying 'How' used to be done as a way of impersonating Native Americans back when people called them Indians. It wasn't necessarily meant to be offensive back then, but it was seen as an uneducated stereotype and now is racially insensitive. If you have ever seen Disney's Peter Pan you will see a lot of stereotypical, racial nonsense like calling them 'Red skins' or all that 'smokum peace pipe' stuff. In this case the idea was that a native American would say hello by holding up his hand and saying 'How', so the joke was two Native Americans equals' How 1, How 2'.As it wasn't necessarily meant to be insulting back then, but just uneducated, It is not a massive issue and I know Brad would never mean anything by it, they often toe at the boundaries on this show, but someone might find it a bit insensitive.

Or it is not offensive at all and just a pun on the term "how to".
