This home has been on and off the market for years and like another comment below the builder/developer has limited the potential buyer to someone who prefers the Asian interior design. I have seen this estate listed for over 60 million and the new owner would have to spend another 20 million plus to remodel the whole place just to make it seem like something other than a Chinese restaurant. I like the outside entertainment areas but that's about it........they need to market the other features of the property. Overall the land is appealing but they missed the mark on the interior design and they will never get the money back that they put into the hideous interior design, no wonder the elite real estate agents of the area won't touch this property with a 10 foot pole.
It is so typical for orientals to clutter up a lot of space, with all kinds of useless s#%&. All the way through the interior, i was thinking, that has to go, that has to go, and that has to go,,, and so on.
The owner invested so much elegant and antique furnitures and details of decorations on this house. Why would he want to sell it? That’s just one of my typical questions for every luxury house on the market.
This house is what we call "new money mansion" in the construction industry. It was overly done and decorated. No one in their right mind would pay that much for that house.
Yo! Did you know that if you Google 乱红 , which is the name of the song in this video, that it will return the results for 乱红 !! Cool, now I have that song in my library. (Wheewww, I'm glad Google could find it.... because I damn for sure couldn't find the 乱红 key on my keyboard {maybe it's on the underside of my keyboard ??} )
But my blue and other colored Dragon matches the Imperial colors and is a few hundred feet long. Brought it from my other life. They have lives longer then most people so they can stay with you a few lives.
Yes, it should have been a full walkthrough tour. It would also give more chance of bringing qualified buyers in. I dont see many potential buyers growing interest from this promotional video.
This is one of the most amazing homes I have shot, builders from the Vegas Hotels came in to do the pool and guest rooms above the casino ball room.. I would never leave this place ..lol it has everything including a lower gardnen and a hug tennis / Bball court
@@MissingLinkPrd its a nice little beautiful party space. But it is not a Ballroom. There is barely any space for dancing taking place with the chairs and tables there. Even without the furniture, there still isnt space for Ballroom or Dance hall days. You need a lot more space for that. But for a party hall, it would be good enough for me. But not for a ball.
I have seen this house listed on Sotheby's for around $45 million, it is probably my dream house, but the Asian motiff is really a big putoff for the Tuscan styled villa/palace that it really is. If you are not Chinese or from Hong Kong then it really has no appeal whatsoever unless you are willing to do a $10 million or more restoration. That red everywhere makes me want to puke.
Too much clutter in the landscaping and in the rooms...WAY too much clutter on every surface in the rooms. Too much sun and not enough shaded areas for relaxing.
godeee is that a word? like Gawdee kinda like that shirt & makeup you have on? obviously multimillon$ furnishings and crystal windows and marbel is not what your used to outside the local mall? do you own sweat pants with writing across the ass? or animal tattoos?
