i got to stay a month and it made me wish i had made some slightly diff business decisions in life ive got a lot but i know if i wasn’t so nice i could have easily bought it
What they don’t mention is that there aren’t a lot of jobs in Vero and the town is super small (everyone knows everyone). This house is also right next to a public beach because I’ve seen it from the beach many many times.
In 1998/99 I used to live South down the beach of this home. During construction, on a Sunday, we walked up the beach and went inside , what I assumed was Italian marble, was a HUGE fireplace in the great room , it was as tall , if not taller than me! And the underground garage was insane! It was really fun to go in! Honestly I couldn’t believe that we could. Sure is cool to see it finished. The neighborhood rumor was that the heir to whoever invented the barcode built it. Not sure if that’s true or not.
as I'm thinking about Vero Beach I know yours ago was there a small I can't imagine a house of this grandeur been in Vero Beach Florida funniest pretty muscle Alabama line. Lights camera action
If you could afford to buy the house you don't really worry about the taxes dude you shouldn't even bring that up in conversation it's irrelevant don't be concerned about that only thing I would be concerned about people spying on you
I think the word you wanted to write, was Wider. But, I agree with you on that manner. Should be much Wider. Imagine the lots of cocaine based nights that we would get it with these types of houses. Fuck yeah! Money is not the problem here mate!
If your From INDIA, I would be concern with the Squalor and Shacks, Pollution, unclean WATER your People live in,They too would like to live in nice homes
Considering the main floor of the house is only a few feet above sea level they must be crazy to have a basement at all, let alone parking expensive cars down there.
Nah. Houses like these can take up to 5 years to sell. The purchase price is one thing, but to maintain it and pay the requisite property taxes is a totally different ballpark. It's just not the most financially feasible investment out there, ya'know?
Sheree Morgan Well don’t worry about the hurricane something is taking us out according to Peter in the Bible they’ll be a loud noise so loud it will wake up the dead, the clouds will roll back as the scroll, and the Lord will descend and those who believe in him will, be caught up in b the clouds, then the earth will begin to melt, and all that it’s in it will be burned up,enjoy yourself now forget the hurricane We know that’s just a Bible story.Who wrote this crazy stuff in the Bible you see mans inhumanity to man where is this just and loving God?
I live in this town and have seen this house for years when i go to the beach...iy always seems vacant to me. It was for sale a long time and sylvester stalone used to live there
18+year old house. The 14 car garage entry and exit is too narrow, only 14 cars with LOW ceiling height. The front of the property is not asymmetrical. The pools floor is painted to mimic a female reductive system (clichè). Can see straight into the neighbours property (no fence line of palm tree's). the guest house is for the servants (obviously). no outdoor basketball court, tennis court, squash court. What this property needs is a Larger garage. now i would rip up that driveway and move the garage out to include storage underneath the middle "O entrance" this making the garage an estimated 40 car garage. Overall this property does have a its benefits, Location and property size. But its not worth the $50million asking price. Buy waterfront land in the same area for 10million, spend 20million on a Bigger and better mansion and you are still 20million under the asking price.
