Holy Moses!! I hate this thermostat! Whoever invented this thermostat should be sent to jail!!!! Thanks for this video. It was a lifesaver. I was about to take a freaking bat to it!
When I was trying to change my temperature I said to myself I can not be the only person who is confused by this thermostat. It has to be RU-vid tutorial somewhere. Thank you 😊
This was a lifesaver. I realized that my mistake with operating this was that I thought I had to hit the return button after setting the temp, not knowing it would exit the “setting” screen by itself, so I’ve probably inadvertently been telling it to go back to the previously set temp after however many cycles it goes for before returning. The more you know.
Thank you! I could not figure out how to work this thermostat until now. Waking up and going to bed with it being stuck at 82 degrees is not ideal in Florida, it’s Been horrible🤦🏾♀️. Thank you again.

Just moved into my new apartment two weeks ago and kept trying to set it to 69 degrees. (I get hot very easily, hate hot weather and it’s almost summer here in Tennessee) It kept reverting the temperature back to 70 and I kept getting frustrated so good ol’ RU-vid University saved my day! Thank you so much for this video. I just moved into an apartment and could not figure out how to bypass the schedule part. It’s like 40 degrees where I am and I would have to keep getting up in the middle of the night to turn on the heat because it was stuck in schedule mode. So thank you again!
Thank you! After a power outage (and my batteries died) when I went to reset I forgot about the hold button. Without that the word "day" kept flashing and my temp setting, after a while, returned to a previous or default. Problem solved, so thanks.

wow. My electric bill on my new apartment skyrocketed and I turned off the AC while I were out. I tried to turn it back on, it won't cool, now my room is at 91 for 3 days. Thank you. The engineer who designed this model should go to jail. No wonder other apartments advertise that they use Nest thermostats or any other smart devices.
Currently, my thermostat says 80 degrees in cool mode with "AUX" on the screen. Overnight the temp was set to 69 and the apartment never cool down. How do I fix this?!
So you set it at 72, is that when the ac comes on or shut off, if that is when it shuts off how hot the the temp. have to get for the ac to come on to cool room????

I am well aware that's how to change the temp... but how do I unprogram it?... I just moved in this new apartment N I'm always freezing cuz the previous tenants set it to 69... So when I change it to 72 as soon as the hour changes it goes back to 69... Someone plz help! 🥶
did this and it still jumped back to the temp setting my apartment complex had it on when we moved it ,if anything it the temp as increased instead of decreasing like i set it to do, i can’t ask them for help the landlords don’t answer
I have the same one and for some reason it’s not getting cool inside seems like it’s just throwing out outside air and I just changed the filter as well
It’s me up 1am looking at this cause it’s not cold enough i hate this stupid ass thermostat. I would settle for the old one we had back in the day 😫🤣🤣😩😩with the little lever on the top for cool & hot and the lever on the side for the degree temp 😩🤣🤣
I have a touch screen model same brand and I’ve seen in other videos that the hold button was on the bottom left of the touch screen but on mine there isn’t anything and I don’t have a hold button
My settings are the same but the “cool” is blinking. Does that mean it’s kicking on? I have Fan On and it on cool. It’s bee stuck at 80 and rising right now, and this sucker is not cooperating!
