There is no legal way Bragg has the authority to do what he’s doing. It’s not a campaign finance violation. The judge is letting them get away with it. It’s not a campaign violation to sign an NDA. Letting the narrative in to the jury about the tape is wrong. I hope they get a jury instruction on NDA law and campaign finance law. This is ridiculous.

If I were Trump's defense I would call Alvin Bragg as a witness and ask him if an NDA is illegal. I would ask him if he is allowed by law to prosecute federal crimes. The legality of an NDA is not at issue. Bragg is prosecuting under state statutes. The federal government did not say there weren’t violations. They just didn’t prosecute. They did say though Trump was part of the hush money scheme as he was individual 1 in Cohen’s conviction case.
