I am really loving this The only class for 50+. I think any body especially the seniors can definitely benefit from it. It is so clever to combine strength training, balance and coordination together. I am going to be 72 soon. Cardio has its own importance but strength training and balance become more crucial as we age . Best prevention for muscle loss and falls. Can’t wait for your next class. Thanks a lot Eric.
@@EricDaw1 I will say so far it is not that bad.I practice both static and dynamic balance exercises on daily basis. Hope in future will keep that too. Thanks for your excellent videos.
