Brain Dead is excited to announce their latest collaboration with California based outdoor brand Gramicci. After making a trip to Yosemite and founding the infamous ‘Stonemasters’ with his friends in 1977, founder Mike ‘Gramicci’ Graham began prototyping products for his group to use in the hopes of quite literally bringing climbing to new heights. A lifelong climber and outdoorsman, Graham couldn’t find shorts tailor-made for his favourite activity. Not one to quit when hitting a wall, Graham decided to develop his own. His innovative take on the climbing short included a gusseted crotch and integrated nylon belt, and just like that climbing gear was never the same. With climbing being an integral part of Brain Dead’s DNA this collaboration made sense from start. The Brain Dead x Gramicci collection features two t-shirts, a long sleeve, bucket hat, 6-panel hat, and of course both shorts and pants in true Gramicci fashion.
The Brain Dead x Gramicci collection will release on August 24th at 10 AM PST. This collection will be made available via wearebraindead.com, as well as all Brain Dead Studios worldwide.
