Can you adjust travel on the AdventX model? I'm having trouble reducing the travel distance on that product.

Hi I got XLE shifters (10 gears) on Decathlon's Triban gravel 120. Purchased in Poland. I need to adjust reach but can't find short caps Y-SB11A anywhere. Decathlon even doesn't seems to know they exist. Can you recommend some e-shop or just help somehow? It's definitely not safe to ride bike not reaching brakes ;)

There are lots of retailers in the US that have these online, but fewer in Europe. We're working on getting more small parts into the European supply chain, but it takes time. In the meantime feel free to contact us using the form on our website and we may be able to help out.

@@microSHIFTTECH Hi, Thanks for the answer but not really helpful. Tried to submit form on website but: "The form was unable to submit. Please contact the site administrator." And no other contact possibility except for US or Canada customers... Seems I need to look for some DIY solution like 3D printing as all retailers are ""out of stock, not available, sold out" for those caps. This is not customer service I would expect. What are people (in my case wife and daughter) with small hands to do?

Mam ten sam problem. Nawet kupiłem komplet z USA, ale przyszły takie same jak mam mimo prawidłowej nazwy na opakowaniu - producenta się walnął 🤷. Zrobiłem sobie dokładki z modeliny doklejając je do tych zwykłych - działa. Docelowo też myślę o drukarce 3D, ale jak to narysować/ zrobić projekt?

this is also my issue, the y-sb11b are not available in europe, microsoft support didn’t react on my request yet. pretty disappointing so far …

Still not possible to buy y-sb11a in Europe, It looks like you do not care about the safety of people with small hands 👎... Like my poor daughter, struggling with microshift levers. Shame on you

I find it incredible that Microshift wants to sell me a part so I can reduce the throw/reach to a predetermined , by them, setting. Viudeo might be okay but solution is unacceptable.

@@adriannaoshea Yeah I know they're joking but it's not really a funny joke. It would be nice to not have to source these parts to adjust lever reach because a) these parts seem to not be readily available in all countries, b) it will take time to receive these in the mail and c) there is no in between, it's either 10 mm shorter or bust.
